Beautiful hotel with excellent service! All the staff was very helpful. They were able to get me my keys via a lock box when I arrived hours after the lobby closed. The views are spectacular! Very spacious clean rooms. My only complaint is that the bathrooms could use an update.

Incredible play to stay a night or three. Amazing views of the abbey, comfortable rooms, delicious meals, friendly staff and a wonderful outdoor spa area. If you're looking for a place to stay in Bavaria, book a room here. You won't be disappointed!

Immaculate vibe. So Bavarian. They had wonderful singers during supper time at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. The rooms are so clean and neat. Wonderful staff. One of the best places we’ve stayed.

A lovely country hotel with beautiful views. Cozy room and nice food. As the location is not at the hottest location but not isolated either, it was good value for money during the holiday season.

A beautiful hotel. We stayed there for a few days in December of 2016. Not much was open in late Nov. and early Dec. So we had a lovely quiet stay. We were the red for the opening of the KristMart in Garmisch. A great place to stay.

The hotel located in the beautiful location. The entire facility is very beautifully decorated. Staff is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I definitely will be back when I am in this area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The best breakfast of our stay in Austria. The only downside was the bed. I am disabled and the bed was very low. We had to put the other bed mattress on top of mine and my husband slept on the couch. We were only there for one night and I’m sure that they would have sorted something out, as our long stay hotel did, if we had been there for longer.

During our two-week vacation in Germany, we stayed in many hotels, but this one stood out as our favorite. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite our limited knowledge of German, they were very accommodating and made us feel at home. The view from our window was breathtaking. We gazed out at the serene Bavarian mountains, with an abbey in the distance. During the golden hour, the view was especially stunning. We enjoyed the peace of the area, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Needless to say, we would love to return to this hotel someday. In fact, we've even considered reaching out to the staff to see if we could hold a wedding or elopement there - it would be the perfect setting for such a special occasion!

I cannot say enough about my stay at the Hotel Blaue Gams. The view over the beautiful and quiet Ettal valley was heavenly, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was better than any hotel I've stayed at across the world. Not only would I recommend staying here, I'd never leave!
