Das Waschbecken ist schon seit Monaten defekt. Auch am defektn Pool tut sich nix. Update nach 6 Monaten. Das Klebeband an dem defekten Waschbecken wurde entfernt, funktioniert aber nach wie vor nicht. Schimmel an der Decke ist nicht mehr sichtbar, an den Trennwänden schon. Der versiffte Brunnen wurde durch eine automatische Station ersetzt die deutlich mehr bietet als der Brunnen. Still, Sprudel, und sogar mit Geschmack. Eine Frechheit ist das es scheinbar bald 7€ im Monat extra kosten wird um sich hier zu versorgen. Es gibt Studios die günstiger sind und das sogar mit Getränke flat.

Ein ganz schönes Studio mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber leider gibt es einige Sachen die ich bei so einem teurem Studio so nicht erwarte. Tainertermine werden z.B. vergessen, Pool war mindestens 3 Wochen gesperrt und diverse Sachen sind einfach kaputt oder nicht mehr schön. Shampoo in der Dusche nur in der Hälfte der Duschen vorhanden, Putz blättert von der Decke etc. Oder im Damen-Saunabereich sind immer wieder Handwerker die man dort so nicht haben möchte wenn man unbeköeidet aus der Sauna geht. Ich will jetzt nicht grundsätzlich abraten- aber eine eindeutige Empfehlung gibt es von mir nicht.

I usually never had a bad experience, but today the receptionist was first pushing me to take the permanent bandage even I explained that I don't want. But it is overall quit "normal" that the band doesn´t work well and you have to spend time pressing the door and trying to find the "sweet spot" 8. sometimes there is no properly trained staff on reception - and they don´t know how to check you in with the gym pass. 9. Yogamats are all very old and used.

Super-Saunameister (Michi), macht Laune. Das Schwimmbad (satte 20 m) ist top aber leider etwas kühl. Die Kurse sind vielfältig und gut angeleitet (allerdings am WE etwas zu wenig Angebot). Bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin immer gut gelaunt! Bei Dance-it und Aqua-Power mache ich oft mit. USB-Steckplatz zum Aufladen im Spind, da hat jemand mitgedacht. Danke dafür.
