We literally stumbled in to this very nice park as we meandered around Mittenwald one afternoon as we strolled around town looking for something we haven't seen in this town before. It's a very quiet park to stroll around, or just to relax sitting on a bench besides a pond on a nice weather day after shopping for a while. It provided such a peaceful and serene atmosphere as we spent some time here in the afternoon. You can see the mountains (photo); you can enjoy looking at beautiful flowers, or just contemplating on life beside a nice pond. The outdoor theater area was set up for a musical or play event. I didn't see any concert schedule posted, but I'd imagine they offer some musical event throughout summer since Mittenwald is very famous for being the center of violin manufacturing since early 18th century. You will enjoy spending some quiet time here.

Saw a great local concert here. Fantastic little park you will miss unless you look for it.

Really tucked away little park. There is a duck pond, well kept gardens and a mini golf area. Also a space for outdoor concerts or plays. Clean public toilets and a kiosk for drinks. Plenty of benches to sit and relax.

Grandchildren love the park so do we.
