I can only agree with Ms. Lettau and Ms. Tillmann's assessments and confirm that the Uerlich practice is only designed to optimize profits. During the initial consultation with my partner and I, we noticed how much the dentists advertised their own products, such as their toothpick brushes, and badmouthed our own tooth brushing techniques, which had always worked very well. When we said that our teeth were healthy according to their own analysis and that we had never had any problems, the doctors simply ignored it. Then we should have a 200€ prophylaxis about every six months to three quarters of the year before we can get any help if we need treatment! My good knowledge of people and the feeling for “peasant fishing” did not deceive me here either. When the dentist realized that I couldn't sell anything to my partner either, as she was a specialist herself, he quickly became arrogant and made her feel as if she had no idea about everything and became slightly spiteful in his emphasis. After that she was simply no longer taken seriously! All in all, after two examinations, we did not feel comfortable in this ultra-modern and expensive practice, as we, as statutory health insurance patients, were of course made to feel that we would only really be helped and treated well with a thick portmortnaie or private insurance. I am a satisfied anxiety patient and feel taken seriously and in good hands. You will be informed about everything. Of course, new treatment methods such as endoscopy for root canal treatment are also more expensive and if we are honest, the health insurance benefits are a joke and are adapted to today's treatment practices. Scheduling appointments is great; we remind you by phone in advance for longer appointments. Prophylaxis is important; you can also get dental brushes and solo brushes yourself inexpensively. Nowadays you should have additional insurance, many cover the prophylactic costs...

I have been a patient in the practice since I was a child. Unfortunately, I then let the regular visits slide. When I called with a sudden toothache after 3.5 years, I was helped immediately and without any problems. I got an appointment for the same day and was looked after and treated really well. Ms. Siewert was great and the entire team is always friendly and absolutely competent. The practice is very modern and chic. This is certainly not the most important thing, but if you are looking for a competent and well-organized practice you should make an appointment. THANKS!!!!

The practice of Dr. I have been supporting Helmut Uerlich as a consultant, coach and team trainer for 20 years. But I am also a patient in this practice and with every contact with the entire team I can feel what an authentic, honest practice culture that revolves around the patient has developed. This team “literally bends over backwards for each of their patients.” Here you are not a "number", but with every contact you feel how you are treated with respect and humor as a human being. The time-saving practice organization makes good use of my time as a patient. I was able to view the newly occupied rooms in the final phase before moving in. I thought to myself back then that this would close the circle to a dental center in the Wesermarsch that sets standards. The quality is right here, there is a super friendly attitude, great rooms and modern technology. But above all, an authentic practical culture. I am totally satisfied. I got an appointment twice straight away (because of pain), even though I wasn't a patient there. Now I'm a patient there, I tried out this new toothbrush (cheaper than a toothbrush in the drugstore!) and also did the prophylaxis. I am thrilled and have never brushed my teeth so joyfully and thoroughly before. I feel very well advised and looked after there. All dentists and the entire staff are friendly and competent. I also trust the dentists and what they recommend to me. Sometimes I am surprised that people immediately pay 1000 euros for a new cell phone but are not prepared to spend anything on their health. I really like staying there.

Because I don't want to spend 20 minutes cleaning between my teeth every evening with 4 different brushes, I was given to understand that they wouldn't want to treat me any further. Unfortunately, I needed a dentist while on vacation and I called what felt like 20 doctors. Unfortunately, most of them were very unfriendly and didn't even try to push me in in any way. This practice was different. I was given an appointment here despite my full appointment book and was very understanding. Thank you again!

Unglaublich sowas. Da komne ich mit einem angebrochen Zahn, als Notfall und dann wird man weggeschickt. Weil die nur mit termin behandelt. Assozial sowas. Also zu dem gehe ich nie wider

Since I no longer wanted to always go to the dentist in Oldenburg, I decided to look for a dentist in Brake in March when I had a toothache. The first impression was great. Modern practice, quick appointments, nice staff. It was explained to me that nothing would be done about my pain on the first day, that we would just have to wait for the x-rays. Within a very short space of time I had two more appointments where x-rays were taken, I was photographed from all sides and I was shown a video which explained to me how I should brush my teeth in the future. Since I still had a toothache afterwards, I was hoping for treatment at the fourth appointment. Unfortunately I thought wrong. I received further appointments (waiting time 2 months), but first two appointments for dental prophylaxis. These are necessary to be able to treat my painful tooth. I was told that this is normal procedure at this practice. I am happy to go for dental prophylaxis. I don't mind additional services that I have to pay privately, but only after my toothache has been treated! It can't be the case that three months and five appointments have to pass before a dentist takes care of acute pain.
