If I could give zero stars I would. 2 years ago, this location was great. The receptionist Traci is very rude, unprofessional and discriminates against people of color. I highly recommend following up with your insurance company, if you have a negative experience with any medical provider or their staff, so that it is properly addressed. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and fairly. To watch someone’s entire interaction and demeanor shift when dealing with you, after dealing with multiple people more similar to them, is truly disheartening. It costs nothing to treat someone with respect, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Tracy the receptionist is racist she waited beyond my time of my appointment just to tell me two people was ahead of me and there was nobody else there and she tried to argue with my wife saying I don’t like your kind of people smh this is a sad world can’t even get a Covid test without being racially discriminated against.

I have truly never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments and I have had 3 in the last month for TB testing. The nurse is extremely fast and friendly. I am terrified of needles and he is very quick about the whole process. I completed all paperwork prior to my appointment and always schedule ahead and it’s great!

Me and my son went to the clinic for a booster shot and the two ladies employees we're there and we asked for a booster shot and said we don't need an appointment and we had to sign all the paperwork done then she said we have to wait an hour..But my question is why didn't they tell us before??? We were waiting almost 45minute 2 ladies are awful! They are not nice at all we are so glad we didn't take there service do not come to this clinic.we went to cemetery kroger they are so nice and friendly they took only 10 minutes to get our booster shot.

Everyone at Henderson Rd The Little Clinic is extremely kind and helpful. They go above and beyond while giving the best care. I will always choose Henderson Rd!!

I thought the front desk and Nurse Practitioner seemed nice but for someone who has been in the medical field for over 20yrs I was shocked that the front desk asked me personal medical questions while other patients were standing right there. Absolutely no privacy. And these were questions I already answered when I did the check in from my phone.

Made an appointment on line for flu shot and answered all the questions. Went to my appointment and had to answer almost the same questions again on the sign in kiosk then waited for 10 minutes beyond my appointment. Obviously they don't really mean it when they confirmed your appointment time. The receptionist made me wait while she took care of a walk-in (a cocasian, and I'm asian) because she signed in at the kiosk before I did. When I told her that I had appointment (after she confirmed twice that I had an appointment) she did not even care to check that my appointment time has passed and simply asked me to wait. If they operate based on the registration in the kiosk on site, why ask people to make appointment? After my shot the nurse did not even open the door to see mr out. Such disrespectful to their patients. A friend of mine went to her appointment at Little Clinic at Crown Plaza, did not have to do any kiosk and no wait!
