Visit aa for renewal of driver's license services good when I got to the counter but only two on duty and took two hour's to get in and out with with a straight forward renewal with all correct forms/application doctors medical and optician repormore staff are required

Plenty of signs saying "we are short staffed". But why? There are plenty of people out there wanting jobs? Huge queues of people wanting drivers license renewal, most other stuff can be done ONLINE!!!!! Just soul destroying queuing.

I went there to renew my licence. It was saturday and it was very crowded. I saw a few people before me were in the wrong queue, hence I told them to move to the right queue. As I was waiting I saw AA staff checking the other queue and told the customer which I told them to move to that queue back to the original queue. I wondered why because it was clear there was a sign showing that the queue was for XXX (sorry can't remember) What the point to have a sign if the AA staff did not follow that sign. If I was the customer I would argue with the AA staff. So sorry for the customer before me, it was not my fault at all. I feel bad but not only me telling the other customer to move since they are in the wrong queue. Hope AA can remove/change the sign if they are not following that sign.

AA team were very helpful. The lines weren't long and we finished our business within 15 minutes.
