Went there on Wednesday to purchase gold earrings as a gift to myself for a big personal achievement. Spoke to a young staff member who was very rude and condescending which put a big dampner on what was supposed to be an enjoyable treat. This caused me to take my business elsewhere. I am really happy with the beatiful gold earrings I purchased at Goldmark just across the entrance at the same mall. They are far superior quality for a better price with amazing customer service. I would not recommend Pascoes Albany to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible, should be able to get a refund. I only bought this item yesterday and hasn't been touched and yet not allowed to get a refund? That's just bull. I understand if it's within 5 days can't get a refund but that's just not right.

My husband purchased a ring for me a few days ago as a birthday present and I wanted to exchange it, as it was not a design I really liked. Katie assisted us and was extremely professional and polite. She patiently observed and listened while I was going back and forth with my husband on what I want and don’t want. She said that she would be back in a moment and came back with a ring that was exactly what I wanted. We paid in the difference and it was a done deal. She was so pleasant to deal with and she was also very informative about the sizing and options available. Thank you Katie! I look forward to coming to your store again and again. one of the worst experiences in New Zealand, ruined the lifetime event of mine and stubborn, rude attitude from the staff as well as management. I was supposed to collect my wedding ring but did not deliver in time, had to purchase another one. Worst ever experience!

Went in to buy a wedding band for my fiancé, terrible customer service and rude staff, ended up taking our business to Michael hill and had a much better experience.

Beautifully presented franchise outlet with 2 imported ladies staffing. Found exactly what I wanted in 2 pieces, spent $650:00 on earrings and bracelet. Plenty of selection, no pressure to buy unlike other outlet very close buy.

Actually no stars for Pascoe Albany, because really good friend of ours & his wife went into PASCOES Albany Mall & was asked to show ID to purchase a watch. No one else in the shop was being asked to show their ID. When they asked why they needed to show ID, the shop assistant said they had had lots of burglaries!!! WTFlip! Rude! Consequently they took their $$$ elsewhere

Visited Pascoes at Albany mall on North Shore. I decided that day was THE day to finally buy a watch. The salesperson was really helpful as I chose five Seiko watches to begin with. She was attentive without being overly so. Very friendly and easy to deal with. She let me chose a number of watches to look at and offered her thoughts when I asked her. She let me take my time and nothing was a problem. I finally decided and couldn’t be happier with my new Seiko. It’s a stunning timepiece. Thanks very much 👍 I’m just sorry I can’t remember her name.
