UPDATE: WRONG ORDER AGAIN!! Normally if I HAVE to get food from here I check it at the drive thru before I drive off. But today I was in a rush and starving, hence the last resort. Ordered a S&egg & hashbrown. Got almost home - no hashbrown and no egg in my S&E. Had to go back (was going to just eat it and not bother but turns out it was also cold). I know Sat service is a bunch of teenagers, but how hard is it to check the order before handing it over? Also my fault for trusting that it would be okay. Honestly this has to be the WORST McDonalds ever. When you do go and request a replacement, there is never an grand gesture of apology - here have a free one on us next time, or would you like a drink to compensate you for your time? And heaven forbid that you complain to management - they have zero process for managing issues and don't care that your drive thru order is wrong. My advice. If you HAVE to eat here, dine in, or check your order before driving off (including for temperature!) Three times I've ordered my vegetarian son a breakfast muffin without meat and three times it's got meat in it. On Friday we had to battle through the storms to get to the city and picked up breakfast on the way from this store. Requested "McMuffin with NO MEAT for a VEGETARIAN" got told "sure". Came with NO EGG and a rasher of BACON. battled the storms on return and called in to talk to lovely front of house - Rachel. She tried to ask her boss to speak to me but was told he was "too busy" and she should take my email address and he would "send some vouchers". She wrote my email on a NAPKIN. Needless to say, no follow up since. Yes there has been terrible flooding around - my street was affected, but not McDonalds on Constellation drive. What makes this manager think his time is more valuable than mine? I know people make mistakes, but it is clear that the lack of care from management around making sure these things don't happen is what's driving bad experience at this store.

What a ridiculous staff working there. I hear comments of degrading of a autistic customer and laughs. Also what kind of flippin floppy food do they make and serve.. no pride in their work. Get your act together Mcdonalds

Got there just after 11:00 left around 11:45 just get rude Customer service, food was cold. As well as not cooked at all, didn’t get a patty on my cheeseburger.. not only that the Mc ‘ chicken burger had no lettuce as well as mayo, just goes on and on and im highly disgusted and will see you tomorrow due to this awful situation . Would like to see your manager .

This McDonald's was clean, had good service and great food. Chips were really nice which I haven't had from a McDonald's in awhile so that was really awesome. The only issue was the kiosk payment wasn't working and caused us to have to redo our order all over again which would have been a big turn off if we were in a hurry. Other than that it was a pleasant environment and experience.

I was at the drive-through at around 7:20pm on 11/12/23 and the young lady behind the window collecting payment was really rude, no greetings, straight face, when I greeted her no response back, after I scanned my credit card, I was sitting in my car waiting for response back from her, still nothing, so rude. If she lacks the basic customer service skills, she shouldn't be working there anyway, making customers feeling comfortable. And I really want her to see this review so she knows she can't get away with her bad attitude for nothing.

Ew. Don't even bother. The staff are loud and rude (pay em more) and the food is litterly rotten. I have given this store multiple chances, as I pass by often, and I have made the decision to not come back now. Well done maccas. I litterly don't know how yall stay in business.

Cold chips ! Egg shells throughout the eggs I ordered as an extra in my burger... not made well...but the girl at the window was great ..very well mannered and professional.... I wasn't given a full refund but was refunded 75% of my money .. So not totally unhappy

2nd car back at order post at 11-15pm. 35 mins wait in a drive thru for a big Mac combo. Then the burger and chips are stone cold. Over it, not going back
