We are currently in the drive thru queue... we have been for the past 55 minutes. There are people standing in the order booth chatting. It seems there is no food available and they start cooking the food when you get to the window. The girl on the order box needs to let people know of the wait. I know it's dinner time, but this is insane, and can only come down to a lack of organization. No apology about the wait, the guy at the window just laughed.

One of the worst KFC’s I have ever experience in Auckland. The staff have no clue how much salt a pack of fries need. I tried one and I throw them in the bin. My order missed 2 item from 5 items that I ordered. Most of the desks were dirty. Can’t imagine how these guy do business here. I will never go there again and I recommend you not to.

They never have any chicken left three hours before they close what the heck is going on in there every time I’ve been there I always gets told Sorry we have no chicken left and it’s only 9 o’clock at night. They supposed to close at 12pm why are they not cooking enough chicken every time multiple times

So so so bad. There were only 2 cars in the drive through YET we waited a whole 25 minutes to order and be served. I imagine they are short staffed but perhaps some kindness and apology for the lack of prompt service from the staff would have at least been appreciated. They were very rude and unfriendly. Periodt.

The most disgusting KFC I've ever been to. The children chair was dirty and oily, the tiles are dirty and you can see the oil on the tiles, cockroach's running on the floor, food was nice but if the front house looks like that how does the kitchen looks??? The owner should be ashamed!!!!!

Had a fantastic service tonight 14 Oct 2023 approximately 7pm. Despite how hectic it was, their young team of staff were extremely helpful with ordering, my order was ready in 10 minutes as promised. I also got an upsize Fries due to buns not available. The young manager was also very courteous. Thanks guyssssss. Keep up the great work !!! So different than the service the night before 13 Oct 2023 around 9.45pm. Took 30mins Drive through, no Boneless crispy chicken so ordered 2pc quarter pack, got 2 small pieces (instead of 1 big & 1 small), no serviettes...not happy on Friday night...

One of the worst KFC we have visited. The staff was horrible. They have no idea what is going on. They were busy in their fun. No one is at desk. The place was dirty. Such a bad hygiene. Food quality is bad aswell. KFC has decreased their food quality. Would not prefer KFC any more.

Food was good,service ok..but on a long trip..wanted to sit down & eat..but got intimidated by a food beggar,walking in & demanding food off us..so left without eating & resting. Staff or Manager needs to step up & control this from happening & ban person from ruining a food experience. Also person begging & 2 ladies parked in mobility space out front of store..hanging around,making a disturbance at the entrance of the shop
