Love it. Playground, many soccer fields. Short walk. There is small herb garden, and you pick some for free ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Mainly a large playground with football and rugby field. For young kids and toddlers very limited options. Good for walking running.

Nice park for kids and horses nearby still give it the country feel in the middle of suburbia.

Love the park. Nice to be out in the fresh air, away from hustle and bustle of Auckland. Great atmosphere on Friday evenings at the moment with Summer Soccer in progress.

Lovely green space with horses on one side, sports fields and childrenโ€™s playground on the other. Some bush surrounds and plenty of space for dogs to run off lead

Stopped by the park on the weekend. There are some cool features to the playground. It is unfortunate that the waterpark does not work. The tractor and slide look fun for the kids though ๐Ÿ˜€.

Beautiful park that is well kept. Used for numerous sporting events and school activities. Great place to walk the dogs on a fresh spring morning and if your lucky you can grab a few Feijoas off the trees by the playground in Autumn.

Great park and playground, but it needs to be better sign posted that dogs are not permitted in the children's splash pad

A quite place to picnic. Kids maybe interested in the horses here too. The playground is too small, need to upgrade.

Plenty of parking, kids playground, soccer, and cricket fields plus cricket nets. Public toilets available with drinking fountains. Picturesque on a nice day.

Wainoni Park is a sport facility in Greenhithe. In the winter the local soccer club Greenhithe FC hosts midget, junior and youth soccer across the three fields and in the summer various cricket clubs & Last Man Stands use the three artificial cricket pitches. Surrounding the fields are walkways through the park, a playground and two car parking areas of reasonable size - both of which quickly fill up on Saturday morning in winter. The park is popular for dog walkers who largely ignore the rules about keeping their pets off the fields so you'll get the occasional out of control dog. There are public toilets which can get pretty grotty from time to time and the council doesn't maintain some of the park as much as it should. The last part of the park is the Pony Club located to the North of the playing fields.

Great park! A bit different to other playgrounds and has a lovely community garden and lots of fruit trees too.
