One of my bracelets that I wear everyday snapped and I came in to see if they could help me fix it. I lost my receipt but luckily they were able to find the transaction on my Swarovski account. They then gave me a brand new bracelet because they said I was still covered by the two year warranty! The girls helping me were so professional and really streamlined the entire process. Nice staff, warm service. I buy Swarovski since it’s in high street Auckland CBD. But now you business strategy need change to pay more attention on high value customers instead of do special all the time and discount all the time, which make your old fashioned customer loss the trust.

Swarovski will NOT repair their jewerly after 2 years warranty whether you are willing to pay for repairing fee or not. haha What a joke. especially their crystals easily comes off.

This is my favourite shop and I usually buy lots of stuff. However last week I went in Albany shop and asked them if I could use my birthday voucher which got expired in lockdown. The staff member agreed and once I was ready to buy the manager refused to use my voucher and started talking rudely and I just walked away without buying anything and went to new market Swarovski shop and bought stuff from there.. Worst experience ever in Albany shop.

The so called manager in albany mall was so rude, unprofessional and not friendly. I bought $336 worth of items online and they got delivered in plastic bags instead of a nice swarovski packing so I went to the shop and explained that they were for gifts. The staff there was very nice and she apologised and tried to help me. The manager there looked at me as if she is so annoyed, did not care what I was trying to say and even left the store before I left. I am giving 3 stars because of the nice staff there who had far better customer service than the so called MANAGER!

I bought a ring for my wife this week and they said just come back as we can exchange it for the correct size. I went back the next day, to find out they didn’t have any other sizes other than at the Newmarket store. However, they don’t do shop to shop transfers which in this day and age every shop does. They were quit rude, so now have to drive all the way to Newmarket to do an exchange.

Good store so much variety and at times they have good specials which is great. However the packaging is not great, i had to ask many times for them to give me a nice bag or gift bag then received this!
