Never in my life will I touch this location again last time I went here there was a piece of plastic in my food and mistakes happen so I went back again tonight. Arrived grabbed my food and paid got back home and decided to check everything out before eating for any plastic or anything like last time and I noticed something in my food longer than any other spice or veggie or anything. Picked it up with the fork and noticed it was some type of bug leg I thought it was a spice but looked closer and noticed the little leg sensors that look like hairs on the bugs and realized immediately what it was. Took the food threw it away and never will I touch a Papa John’s again

Absolutely horrendous service all across the board at this location. I called to place an order. The lady asked for my last name. I spelled it out for her. I guess because it didn’t match my caller ID, she refused to take my order then hangs up and completely stops picking up the phone. 100% unprofessional!

This restaurant is terrible. Literally just slap stuff together and give it to you. Doesn’t taste fresh at all and I swear they stretch a small into a large. TERRIBLE

Total rip-off!! Ordered on app charged me $47 and processed payment. Arrived to pick up and said they didn’t have order showed them the charge from 16 minutes ago and told me I had to go back online to help desk to figure out what happened.

Unfortunately, my family always has a problem with this location...usually with delivery times, but that is understandable in today’s COVID world; however our last experience jumped the shark for sure. Our pizza got to us unusually fast for this location the other night, which was a pleasant surprise....but it turned out the pizza wasn’t finished. The dough was still “raw,” needless to say, this will be the last time we order from the Papa.

We never had this horrible experience before. On Friday delivery guy came with our order and announced loudly in front of our guests that ‘your credit card had a balance of 58 cents and now you have to pay $33.90 cash for your delivery. I told him it’s not possible as my card have high limit and he should call the office. He showed his irritation and repeated the same thing and showed me the credit card receipt for 58 cents. To avoid any argument my wife gave him $37 cash and he left. After 15 minutes he comes back again and said people at the store made a mistake first they charged 58 cents and then again charged $33.90 and returned the cash. But damage was done, it was so embarrassing in front of our friends. On Sunday I called the store to complain, asked for the manager. Randy answered and said that today is his first day and will talk to senior manager and he will call me back. They don’t have the professionalism to call back. Will never do business with Papa John’s

Well...it's food. Have you ever had a meal and were glad when it was over? If not, you can have this very experience at this Papa John's location. Not only will they get your order wrong, but the food you receive will barely cross the threshold of edible. With every bite, you'll wish you were done, and the only thing to keep you going will be the physiological need for sustenance. Afterward, you'll be satiated, but overwhelmingly unsatisfied. It's an experience you'll never forget. Enjoy!

I placed a web order to save on time. Upon arrival I sat in my car for an additional 10 mins to be sure my food was ready. All along the employee is sitting outside on his phone. He finally goes inside and I follow to pick up my order and not only was it not started, but he quickly proceeds to start making it without washing his hands. He lies and says that he just did, however I completely disgusted and requested a refund. He pretended to not hear me until I was insistent on getting one. If you want safe food you can trust and a professional customer service experience....Never go here!

Worst papa john’s location in the country. Never had so many issues from a place in my life HOW HARD IS IT TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

The staff was friendly and our food was ready to go and hot when we stopped in to pick it up. The food was good too! Overall we had an awesome experience with this Papa John’s.

The pizza is fine. Service is not great. You order multiple pizza's and you ask for a certain number of plates and he will give you 4 plates. No matter how many pizza's you order. I guess we should all eat off the box or share plates. Odd logic.

Pizza is fine. But the overall experience is rather poor: 1) the waiting area is kinda dirty--for a takeout pizza place, this is not really acceptable as no one is eating here; 2) tonight's front person, aka, cashier, is hard to communicate with; I don't think a business should put someone with language barriers in the front; 3) we ordered a large meat lover and asked for paper plates--first the guy didn’t understand what paper plates mean; when he eventually got it, he gave my husband TWO paper plates! I haven't had Papa John's for a while, but I find tonight's pizza way too salty.

I love KOP Papa John's! They're always so friendly, quick with my order and make sure to follow through with my special instructions! Today is my son's 4th birthday and I asked them to write Happy 4th Hunter and they did on all the boxes! He loved it! Thank you so much guys!!

Update: the manager Jordan did reach out to me personally and stated that the issue was handled with the team worker. He also gave me a coupon! I really appreciated the effort by him to advise that service is not acceptable and being handled! Thank you Jordan again! Worst run one I have ever seen! Had issues in the past but never visiting this one again! This one has the worst customer service I have ever come across!! Ordered online. Arrived late to pick my order yet was told it was voided. Funny thing nothing was even prepared for my order and no call me about it being cancelled either. Cashier was rude and said you were late so I canceled it, can try to make it again. I walked out. Can’t believe in these times service is this bad.

Ordered the SHAQ Pizza it had the bare minimum of sauce and did not look like the Ads! Pizza was not worth the money when you can get cheaper pizza from Little Cesar's or frozen from your local grocery store that taste better!! PLEASE Papa John's go back to making better quality pizza!!!!! Would have only given 1 star but Customer service was satisfactory.

Papa John's doesn't hit the same way it did when we were kids. The quality of the Pepperoni Pizza we ordered was less of a frozen pizza you would find at the super market. The only saving grace was the garlic knots which were pretty good.
