Hostess and waiter were warm and polite. Food was ok - the Italian doughnuts were burnt… uneatable for my taste; thankfully they were taken off my bill. Good for a road trip pit stop.

Absolutely perfect for an Olive Garden. This location recently opened and the interior has a bit more of a modern twist to it than other locations I have visited. We were immediately seated and our waitress Tonya was fantastic. She was pleasant and made sure we had drink, bread, salad and soup refills throughout our meal. We ordered the spaghetti with meatballs which was terrific and the chicken Marsala which was excellent too. Everything tasted great and was above par from other Olive Gardens I have visited. This chain restaurant never disappoints and this location has got to be one of the best services and meals I have had at Olive Garden. Highly recommend if in the area.

I really don’t remember eating Olive Garden growing up so I decided to stop in for lunch. Bathroom was really clean which I really liked. Everyone was very friendly, which is always nice. Cup of ice water with lemon came out dirty 😒 utensils were filthy so I had to get plastic utensils. The salad was ok something that can’t really be messed up. I had mozzarella sticks were definitely my favorite,Warm and flavorful. I had to send the fried ravioli back because the beef was so mushy it made me sick with one bite.

While there was a short(5-10 minute) wait, it was well worth it for the food& service we received! The waitress(Sally) was incredibly knowledgeable, quick& efficient and kind! The food was delicious! Our party of 3 ordered a variety of items (soup, salad, appetizers) on top of the meals (if you haven't tried the chicken and shrimp carbonara, you're missing out!) We were here to celebrate my aunt's birthday & they certainly delivered on that aspect as well! (Sung the birthday song& did a free dessert for my aunt!) The atmosphere was lovely as well, with soft music playing in the background. I highly recommend this location for lunches and special occasions with the family! 😊

My husband and I went there opening night. The greeting was like greeting family. Everyone was happy and smiling and welcoming. The Waitstaff Ana was absolutely charming. She made recommendations for our appetizer, which was delicious. My drink of choice was the Italian Margarita, also very good. We had soups and salad for dinner. The Manager, Alex was really excited and asked us about our experience. We assured him that everything was terrific and we will definitely be coming back. Parking is plentiful. Well lit rooms make it cozy and they are beautifully appointed. Welcome to our neighborhood OG.

The food and drinks was good. The staff was pleasant. But spending time with my family is always priceless.

The food was good, the service was a bit shaky. Forgot few drinks, no big deal, we had to flag her down to place our order, when we were done and flagged her down for a few boxes she said sure then literally sat at the table across from us and starting eating with a family. Not sure if they're related, not my business but acknowledging us then sitting down right next to us was like huh? Sure we'll go back because the food was good. Just try to have patience with the servers.

I haven't eaten here in years because the food and customer service wasn't the best. Tonight we really enjoyed our meal. The food came out quick and everything tasted so good. Our waitress was attentive.

Food was good, service was a little slow, but it was a Tuesday night and the crowd may have been more than staffed for. A new restaurant so the inside is very nice. Would go again and worth a visit. About $85 for two.

We absolutely loved it. I had the seafood Alfredo the boys had the chicken Alfredo was amazing. Soup was fantastic. But it's hard not to fill up on the bread sticks. Lol. We will definitely be back. Our waitress was awesome too. Super sweet and attentive! We had the donuts after they were so good. I'd absolutely recommend. Soooooooo we have been back a few times since my first review food isn't very consistent server's aren't all created equally but before I cross it off of my go to I'll give it another try to be continued I guess

First let me say, the new Olive Garden on 2402 Easton road in Willow Grove, PA is clean, very large and beautiful! On our first visit, my husband ordered the Chicken Scampi and the Bellini Peach iced tea. He enjoyed his entree and salad. No complaints, not even with the Peach Bellini iced tea. It cost $4.25, and it did not include a frozen peach at the bottom, but nonetheless, the sweet, artificial flavored beverage, was tolerable! However, if you have dietary restrictions, and you are also gluten free, this Olive Garden is probably not for you! Only two sauce choices, one with a mystery meat, or a Marinara sauce that is excessively salty, and extremely spicy. Regrettably, my choice was the Marinara! Their one gluten free pasta option was Rotini, which was dry, and definitely a boxed pasta. (See pictures!) They also offered one GF soup, with a mystery meat, or a salad with your entree. Which one should I choose? No debate, the salad was fresh, and the Italian dressing was okay! Of course, NO gluten free desserts either! Disappointing! Shout out to Jack, our waiter. He did an awesome job! Thank you! Like I stated, if you have dietary restrictions, this Olive Garden is probably not for you? See my pictures, my husband’s entree looked delicious!

My husband and I went to the new Olive Garden location and we were very pleased with the food as we always are but wanted to write this review mainly for the server that we had. Ergisa was our server and she was wonderful. On top of everything, quick, friendly and just a delight. She made our visit even better. She is an asset to the restaurant for sure.

Food was surprisingly decent as were the drinks. Everything tasted fresh, pasta was cooked well, etc. The portions are MASSIVE. Humans can’t consume all that starch in one sitting. Add onto it the 78 breadsticks you know you’re going to eat before you even glance at the menu. One word of warning though - there are cheese graters all over this place. There was one directly behind our table on a railing, one on a banister across from us, one just laying in the middle of an empty table. And then when the sever came out with our food she used a totally different one that was on the tray with our food. What the…? Anyway, an overall lovely meal. I felt like family.

My granddaughter and I decided to have our dinner there as they said as damn I should’ve got up and left immediately. I’m telling you the place is so dirty. If I was the department of health, I would shut it down.. I could’ve wrote my name in the silks on the machine you pay your bill on the table. The mirrors were disgusting. We had a wine refrigerator across from us. The bottom had to have 2 inches of dust on it. I was so grossed out the whole entire time, the food was just OK the soup was ice cold they brought utensils when I open the napkin it had all white stains all over it. I asked for paper because I was not even putting that thing on my lap. I had to shrimp scampi which I have felt sick the whole entire day and yesterday that was the only thing I ate I think I got a touch of food poisoning is the outside of the restaurant where the people are sitting is that dirty I can imagine what the kitchen looks like. Please save your money and go Somewhere else that place is awful. They only good thing about the whole experience. was The waitress was nice.

Food is absolutely delicious. I want to thank our waitress Sally for 5 STAR service. Sally is kind, fast and professional. I definitely will return to this location.

BRANDON was amazing server ! He is very professional and police . Does his job outstanding, even if he gets overwhelmed with other tables . I highly recommend Brandon . Amazing food and atmosphere, great customer service

Food was extremely salty. Our waitress was pleasant however just wasn’t on top of things ie: how was your meal , do you need any more iced tea etc. Also confused checks. I will not say her name however we were an easy duo I’m not demanding. I know you guys are getting ready to move let’s be careful of the salt it totally ruined the meal.

Food was okay, the breadsticks just didn't taste as good as they had in the past. Dessert was delicious.

This is a good Olive Garden, I've gone here several times lately, and I've had positive experiences. I really like the 5 cheese sauce, they have great soups, but I usually just go with salad. Shrimp Frito Misto is an excellent app. In the 5-10 times I've been here this year, the worst thing I can say is that one time my waiter was just ok, and 2 times they were out of cappuccino. 100x better than Miller's or Fridays. I definitely recommend. As far as olive gardens go this one is a 9.5/10.

I love that they still have the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks for $9.99. The zuppa Italiano is my favorite soup but this is a picture of one of their other options.

Stopped in for lunch with my sis. Food was excellent but the service was not great. Basically took the order and left brought for back later and that's it. Nothing special for lunchtime which was very very slow.

Always have had a good meal here. One thing to be careful of, is that there can be long waits to be seated on Friday an Saturday nights. Food is always good, especially the salad and breadsticks. Service is usually pretty decent. Our most recent server, Jordan, was really good. They can be short staffed sometimes, but they try hard. The prices are pretty good for what you get.

Had a nice time at this particular olive garden 😊 The food was tasty And the Frozen strawberry 🍓 mango 🥭 margaritas👍 😍 And it was not too 🫰

Jackie was very excellent & fast. She was courteous & friendly & would love to have her as a waitress again. But the two women working the front for seating(bigger blonde woman & thin one with dark brown hair) was rotten & profiled me & my 2 friends as well, we heard them talking to each other about us along with laughing & starring. Otherwise the food was good & customer service was too.

I want to start by saying I wish I can remember my waitress name 😫🤦🏽‍♀️. However, she was the nicest person ever she had a very smooth relaxing voice and was just pleasant.. Olive Garden never lets me down. The food was really good. We (Boyfriend) both had the chicken scampi and salad, spinach & artichoke dip. The meal was great, But the service was even better… Its nice to be nice and tip well because people need to see they are appreciated ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Be Kind

I enjoyed grabbing their unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. I only like the zuppa toscana soup though. The waiter today was quite quiet.

There was an issue with getting seated. We arrived around 9 o’clock, we were initially told that because the restaurant closed at 10 o’clock we couldn’t be seated or do takeout. So we started to leave, but we then reached the manager who said that wasn’t correct. So we were seated. The spinach and artichoke dip was delicious. The Italian margaritas were excellent and the service was very good. So other than that initial greeting we had a good time.

My experience at Olive Garden was phenomenal!! The host were super friendly & happy to seat me & my emotional support dog. The environment is calm & the GM walked around to make sure everything was good. My server was Jordan & he was professional, attentive & didn't mind grating my cheese for as long as my heart desires. He even spoon fed me the first bite & made airplane noises while doing so!! 10/10 recommend!! We will be back!
