I walked into this store with my family looking to buy a few things. There were 2 girls up front working and they weren’t welcoming at all. I didn’t get a hello, hi, how are you, what are you looking for, etc. They completely ignored the fact that I walked into the store which wasn’t the best feeling either. Both girls as well kept themselves busy behind the counter. I’m sorry but I can not shop at a store that’s not welcoming and or where you get stereotyped.

Hello, if it will be possible to put no stars I will do it. 1. The quality is very poor. 2. The customer support is good for sale only, but when you got a problem because #1 - a quality, they send you to 800-customer support. 3. I tried 5 times in one month to reach them - overage time 47 min waiting time and after I drop the phone call. 4. Very disappointing!

when I walk in this store was greeted and help quickly but the manager wrote me off to be broke lol when I ask her cost of the gold necklace she quickly suggested a cheaper necklace and never answered my question smh but her staff was great I bought a gold necklace and a silver necklace as well as some charms.....some people should never judge a book by its cover....smh

I have been to both the Lehigh Valley store and the Bridgewater Mall store. Both are always packed, I have to wait in line and then the staff acts as though they are doing me a favor. I own 2 bracelets and have bought several as gifts. This past experience last week was my last. Sorry Pandora, I will take my money elsewhere.
