I haven’t been back to this Kay store in so many years. Recently I went in for a 10th year wedding anniversary gift and an employee named Valarie Coleman immediately remembered me from at least 10 years ago. I had no idea what to even get my wife and Valarie led the way to pick out the perfect diamond for my wife. I can’t even tell you how grand of an experience it was to shop there because of her. She made me so excited to give her the ring later in the week. My wife was completely blown away and loves her new ring. I highly highly recommend anyone to go in to see her. 0 stars.. Would never recommend this store. Do not buy a ring from here if you have to get it sized. Whoever they send it to does not know what their doing or just doesn’t care. My ring was originally sized by them when purchased, then had to be returned 2x because it cracked where it was sized. I just got it back a couple days ago and you can already see the cracks from where it was sized. Visibly upset I pointed it out to the girl and she couldn’t see anything wrong with it.. at this point Kay’s has had my ring longer than I have and they totally ruined my experience being engaged so far.. The girl who sold us the ring had told us she would call to decide what we’re going to do after she spoke to their customer service the next morning and we never heard from her. We had to call them to get any updates.. Worst customer service.

When my fiance and I first walked into the store, we felt unwelcomed. The woman's tone was not friendly and we felt prejudged. She then called over an African American associate (Al) to assist us, and if it were not for him, we would have walked out of the store. Al was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He made the ring buying experience very pleasant. The only way that I would go back into this store is to give my business to Al.

Al was super helpful, really going above and beyond for us. We came in to look at wedding bands and he offered a lot of expertise and set us up with a wishlist of ones we liked. And he polished my engagement ring for me! So glad we stopped in and have decided to shop with Kay.

The service we continue to get at Kay Jewelers in the Promenade Shops is excellent!! Al is always happy to see us and knows his stuff. Kate remembers me every time I come in the store, which is so nice. She also knows her stuff. We created a piece that they didn’t know have and I love it. Always a pleasure when I need to get my jewelry cleaned and inspected.

Valarie at Kay’s is the best! Super sweet and helpful. Only knew her for 20 minutes and it felt like we’ve been friends for a lifetime!

Went to the store for an issue regarding some earrings and Kate was very helpful. She is amazing! She answered all my questions and was very attentive.

Took my daughter here to have her ears pierced. Kate did a wonderful job. Free piercing with earring purchase. She made sure we were happy with the placement before she used the piercing tool.

They are very professional and experienced at their jobs. They stand behind their word of warrantee. Had to use it several times so far and never had to pay out. My wife seems to be a little rough on her jewelry. Has no idea how it happens. Kay is the best Jewelry store I ever dealt with. Thank you. I would highly recommend this Kay in particular. Ask to speak with Valerie or kate! They are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful! Was looking for a specific type of ring and other jewelry stores blew me off! Walked in here and was handed the ring that was perfect for my wife’s engagement ring! Since then I have purchased a few more prices for my wife. And every time they didn’t disappoint! I always get the extended warranty! Worth every penny! Remember ask for Valerie or Kate! 😄 you won’t regret it!

As an other users have stated, this chain offers terribly quality jewelry. You’re better off shopping at a Claire’s.

Absolutely disappointed with Kay jewelers and will never return. I have had my ring since December 2018 (8 months?!?!) and have had it sent out for repairs FOUR times and they came seem to fix it right. And mind you each time it’s sent out it’s gone a month. Absolutely completely discussed. Do not recommend.

First off, YOU HAVE THE WORST WEBSITE EVER! It's absolutely terrible, slow, glitchy, half loading, you make enough money to fix this yet it remains this terrible.......I've been buying jewelry from Kay for over 15 years, last 8 years at this particular store and I had my wedding band custom made at this location. My engagement ring has a special contour so I had to get a band custom Made, I was first quoted $1,500 for my band. You give them your engagement ring so your band can fit ther right contours and they create a mold. Long story short, they had my engagement ring 3 months, got it back, they needed it again, another 2 months. I finally received my wedding band 3 weeks before my wedding and SURPRISE now my band is $3,300 , hmmm funny how that works huh. I had no choice, they knew I had no choice. My band is beautiful and perfect but the customer service was terrible, you don't double the price and back the bride into a corner, smart for them bad for business. The women here since Sam left are less then warm and fuzzy, snarky, rude and left feeling like you don't matter. I have since changed stores and my husband and i, who both have a credits to Kay now go to Montgomery Store, he just purchased a gorgeous ring last Christmas and was very happy with the service. He'll be returning there this week for another purchase. Thanks Kay of Center Valley for being greedy little trolls who suck the happiness and money out of brides to be, that's incredibly disgusting behavior and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Either quote the right price in the beginning (you had my ring to do so, so there was absolutely no justifiable reason it increased this much, the manager at this place is absolutely terrible) or honor your WRITTEN previous quote. I almost has a heart attack not knowing if my ring would be ready, then got gut punched by that unexpected charge. I almost switched jewelry stores all together after this. Customer service IS your business, we're good customers and all customers should be treated better. DO BETTER!

Absolutely amazing experience with Tina Mack and Valerie Coleman. They helped me choose the best and most beautiful engagement ring. They were patient amd beyond personable. Super pleased with their service and dedication to their job. We will definitely be back for all future jewelry purchases.

Tina Mack helped me pick out a gift for my daughter. She listened to what I was looking for and knew exactly what to show me. She was friendly and professional. The entire staff was as well. I will definitely return in the future.

Kate is always so helpful and friendly. She has been helping me for years when I need jewelry, cleanings, or inspections- she is the best!!!! 10 stars.

We stopped in to check out engagements and get sized and Kate was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. We both had little ring knowledge and she explained things in such a helpful way and was super patient with our questions. Al is the BEST! Always willing to help and remembers you when you walk in! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my diamonds
