I found all of the staff friendly and the rooms were very clean and fresh. The bed was firm and the pillows felt like I was on a cloud. Probably one of the best sleeps I've had! I liked the fact it was just off the main road so I didn't hear traffic. There was also a nice area to sit outside. I would definitely recommend and stay again! đź‘Ś There was also a small pool and workout room but I didn't get a chance to utilize these.

This is a difficult review to write because the room and property were both very nice, however, all of arbitrary "policies" here make your stay much more difficult than it needs to be. Keep in mind that normally these three points aren't deal breakers for me as I'm very easy going and don't require very many amenities. I travel close to 42 weeks out of the year and I just need a clean bed to sleep in and hot water available for tea (that I don't need to microwave): 1. The closest food worth eating is all up in Allentown, so if you're here to work.... You're forced to drive 30 min round trip for a quick bite. 2. They don't trust guests that check in on the app and require them to come to the counter prior to giving the mobile key. 3. They are scared and do not trust Uber each drivers as they do not let them go up stairs to your room nor do they bring your food to you. 4. 24/7 hot water and coffee that, on the bonvoy app, says "24/7 hot water and coffee" is a lie. Not to mention, during breakfast, I was told by the manager that they put the creamer up in the morning so people "don't use it" to save cost. All of this being said, I'm shocked to see a 4.5 and 190$ a night. What really makes all of these points worse is that when I ask for more insight on why these policies exist, I met with robotic, emotionless answers. The lady that works after 11:00 p.m. has been by far the best employee that I have interacted with at this hotel. All of this being said, this is probably an excellent place to stay for a night or two, but I would not recommend staying here with the family or for an extended stay as I was.

The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and professional during my stay. My room was clean, room service was prompt and the beds were comfortable. The suites are more spacious than standard hotel rooms and we needed the extra space. The continental breakfast was decent but no attendant was present to ensure everyone was following sanitary guidelines. I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating except for some sanitary issues I noticed during my stay. The breakfast area attendant put old scones back into a bag filled with scones from another day. These were unwrapped in a glass case. The outdoor patio was not sanitary during my stay and the pool looked unclean. We didn’t eat outside or use the pool.

This hotel is gorgeous and very clean! The location of this facility is in a nice neighborhood with shopping and fine dining less than a mile away which was a plus for me. The staff was beyond friendly and even asked how our day was and if we did anything fun upon our return. The hotel has free breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, assortment of bagels, waffle maker, oatmeal with various add ins, bacon/sausage, muffins, scones, cereal, etc. The menu does change from day to day and the hours are perfect as it's open until 10 on the weekends for you to sleep in!! The pool is VERY small fitting only 10 ppl at a time, but it was pretty empty everytime I went, so I enjoyed it. The hotel has outdoor seating with a mountain view which is amazing! It has a very nice bar right inside the lobby. The beds are a little firmer than I would like and on weekdays you can hear the construction of a new building in the area as early as 7am. Im a light sleeper so it woke me up but the rest of the family didnt seemed phased by it. Overall everything was very clean, the food was tasty, and the staff was great- I would recommend staying here!!

A great hotel in many ways. I have stayed there several times. Good staff, clean, good breakfast, well maintained. But I'll never understand why the bathroom door has to be glass. A little weird for a family stay.

Hotel was great! I loved the room. Although, the front desk lady didn’t let me and my boyfriend know about the happy hour and we missed it. We had to drive almost 5 miles to get to a wawa and buy alcohol. Overall, the hotel room was amazing and clean as well as the breakfast, it was delicious. The pool seemed good too but water wasn’t heated. The front desk lady also charged my card for parking and didn’t even let me know.

Awesome hotel all around! Staff was great! Lobby was clean and very updated! Breakfast was okay. But the best part was our room! Spacious, Clean and Comfy! Loved the bathroom with the sliding frosted glass door. And the bed was SUPER Comfy! Even the pull out sofa was okay. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

The room was decent. The decor and upkeep looks great, fresh and new looking. No weird smells. Everything was clean, except the breakfast area, as the staff could not keep up with constant floods of guests. The complimentary breakfast was really good. They served different dishes everyday. The pool and gym is extremely small for the scale of the hotel. The front desk was a little strange during the day. She was very adamant about charging my second day stay, as I used my complimentary room voucher for my first night stay. And was paying for the second night. I’m a lifetime gold member, and that means I’m entitled to upgrades and late checkouts. The night front desk was excellent, even though we got there at midnight, she was friendly and helpful. The daytime front desk was really”night and day” so different, I made a special trip to go back to the hotel to pay for my second night stay and was treated like a suspect. And told me to come back to the front desk at 8:00am the following morning to check if I can have a late checkout.

Stayed here with family. First room we went in was full of pet hairs and not the pillows which were put upfront. I changed the room. Second room also had hair everywhere and caused me allergies and was not cleaned properly with garbage from previous person still around. holes in the cushion. this will get my award for the dirtiest marriot hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was in packets and people were chasing the server to get more. Few racist people(guests not hotel staff) were staying at the breakfast table and started pointing fingers at us and make gestures as us being visibly muslim.

Grace made our stay! We got blasted with an overnight snow storm she checked us out early, offered to wait until we were safe on the road incase we had to turn back, AND made us breakfast early. She also gave us great directions and was an absolute doll. She is a gem in the hospitality you don’t find often! Room was great also, very nice very clean hotel!!

Clean room, comfortable bed, and an excellent hearty breakfast included. The only drawback was the air handler which was on the noisy side. Hopefully this wasn't representative of all the rooms.

We would like to personally thank the front desk associate, Sandra, for being accomodating to our family. We were in the midst of beginning our stay at Spring Hill Suites for a nearby adventure at a local ski resort, when we were notified that our reserved ski lessons (approx. $800) were cancelled due to weather conditions. After driving nearly 3 hours from the Baltimore, MD area, Sandra empathized with our delemma and offered to modify our two-night stay to a one-night stay, without charging us a penalty. We are making the best of our brief stay given the circumstance and we are very grateful to Sandra for her kind spirit and excellent customer service that she provided. Sandra is definitely an asset to Marriott and the company should demonstrate their appreciation to her in the months/years to come. Thank you again, Sandra, for your hospitality. Have a blessed day.

It seems recently that Marriott has changed their policy for guests traveling with dogs. Perhaps it was the result of irresponsible dog owners who spoiled it for the rest of us. Two years ago we lost our 14 yo dog to cancer, we traveled frequently with her and we always stayed at a Marriott where dogs were allowed. As a responsible dog owner we never left her alone in the room, we brought in a dog bed for her to sleep on and we always cleaned up after her whether it was a food or water spill inside or her daily constitutional outside. My husband is a lifetime titanium member and as such we always received lifetime titanium member status treatment even when traveling with our dog. We were always given a quiet and clean room on a high floor close to the stairs for easy access for walks and bathroom breaks outside. Fast forward about 2 years after our loss we decided to get another puppy of the same non-shedding breed, she is now 16 months old. We've raised her the exact same way and are still responsible dog owners. As lifetime titanium members we expected the exact same treatment, however, at this Springhill Suites by Marriott we were met by a woman at the front desk who was not friendly nor personable. She gave us a room on the first floor just beyond the lobby and right by the breakfast area. The room was definitely noisier than what we had grown accustomed to by Marriott as lifetime titanium members. It was downright shabby and not cleaned well, the sliding glass doors over the desk had so much sticky filth in the track where the doors slide open and closed that they were stuck in place! The sofa had a back cushion that was torn and frayed all along the top side. The bathroom floor was sticky! Ew! And the toilet set was wet! So gross. The lighting in the room was inadequate and we couldn't open the window blinds because we were right on the parking lot by the hotel lobby entrance. We stayed one night and was charge a $75 pet fee. For what?? They obviously don't thoroughly clean the rooms after a dog stay. Such a terrible experience. Wish I could leave no stars! We won't be staying there again. So disappointed.

We stayed here for 2 nights and also had a Bridal Shower in the meeting room. All of their staff and services are excellent! The rooms are huge and the beds are nice and comfortable. We had a great time and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Our favorite hotel in the Lehigh Valley. Spacious, modern rooms. Nice breakfast area, with available outdoor seating.

Rooms are huge and clean. Beds are comfortable. So far SpringHill Suites have been the best Marriotte hotels.

Totally unexpected. We thought this would be the typical SpringHill suites we had stayed before, but no, it's much better. Looked like things were updated. Very clean and modern room. Breakfast was good too.

I have stayed several times and they are consistent with cleanliness and ease of check-in. Breakfast is ok, little bit above a continental Breakfast. This time they had pork sausage and egg and Swiss cheese English muffins (which were wrapped, trapping moisture, making for a soggy sandwich)

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. I was glad I chose this hotel. I got two rooms because my family and my sisters' family were all staying here. The breakfast was free, but we never tried it. The rooms were great. It actually looked more modern than I expected. The two rooms were exactly the same. They came with a coffee machine which was a great addition to the room. It came with a mini fridge, microwave, desk, and Tv. The desk was super useful. Some complaints are that the AC in the room is very loud. The AC seemed to only turn on during the night when it was cold so that was annoying. We did change the temperature, but it barely helped. So, we usually had to sleep with the loud whirring noises. The walls and floors were also paper thin. You can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms, but I guess that's more of the guests and not the hotel.

As a Marriott member, I can say that this stay 6 June Room 204, was the worst stay in ANY Marriott chain hotel EVER. I have had better experience at a Holiday Inn Express. The hotel appeared to have been updated, it was apparent they went with the lowest bid, or someones cousin. !. Window black-out curtain pull mechanism was damaged. It resulted in a 8 - 12 inch gap between the wall and curtain at the bottom. 2. unable to open black-out curtain in the morning. 3. Shower plumbed all wrong. A). shower head installed on opposite wall from control valve and door hinge. B). shower head mounted very high on wall - at 5" 9" i could just touch the shower head if I stood on my tip toes ....dangerous in a wet shower. C). Shower head sprayed at wall with shower door hinge. D). large gap (almost large enough to slip the tip of my little finger in the gap) between shower door and wall. The gap was large enough to put a folded over wash cloth in it. No silicone strip to keep water in shower. E). Shower spray leaked out the gap at the doo hinge onto bathroom tile floor. Pool of water was from the vanity to the sleeping area carpet edge. Not only DANGEROUS, but this will ultimately leak into the room below. Had to use a towel (wringing it out multiple times) to clean up the water. 4. The room AC sounded like it had been salvaged from a Red Roof Imm. At random times during the night, the AC would sound like a propeller airplane revving its engine. Starting at idle , for a while, then high speed like it was preparing to take off. I actually made a recording of the sound. When we checked out, I actually played the audio clip of the AC for the desk clerk. He was shocked at how loud it was and all the other problems. he said he would notify the manager. It has been 10 days, and no contact for the hotel manager. It appears he does NOT care about the hotel guests.

Very nice 2 queen suite with living area. Easy check on. Very clean and modern. The only reason for 4 stars is the $75 pet fee for one night! Our cat paid more "per person" than my husband and I did!

Ordered food delivery to put at the front desk. First time the guy at front desk was like this is too below him to accept delivery and call the room for it? While the hotel has a sign for collaborating with UberEATS. Very interesting altitude. And for the next delivery he didn't even bother to call my room, not that I asked or needed him to do so, but clearly he is very unhappy about this. If I did something wrong ordering food to the hotel, certainly let me know. I will be happy to apologize to him in person.

This is a beautiful new hotel that's well-managed and immaculately clean, with a very friendly and professional staff. Our suite was very large and quiet and featured extremely comfortable beds and furnishings. I'd also add that we booked our suite on short notice, seeking refuge from a lengthy wintertime power outage. The hotel owner actually discounted our rate at check-in - a policy that he instituted to give back to the local community. I was taken aback and incredibly impressed and grateful for his kindness and generosity.

Wonderful stay here! Room was modern, clean & comfortable, all the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful, and the breakfast was quality with hot items like eggs & sausage. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, fabulous little pool. The breakfast offerings are tasty and filling, only knocking a star off because the water pressure is horrific. Prepare for a long soak if you have thick hair!

Marvelous inn all around! Staff was perfect! Entryway was spotless and exceptionally refreshed! Breakfast was alright. In any case, the best part was our room! Open, Perfect and Comfortable! Cherished the restroom with the sliding off-white glass entryway. Also, the bed was Really Comfortable! Indeed, even the take out couch was OK. I certainly suggest remaining here assuming you're nearby!

Hotel charged $59.50 pet cleaning fee when we didn't even have a pet. Called and asked what the charge was for receptionist stated it was a pet cleaning fee. Can they check the cameras? Or did the cleaning crew document the wrong room. The room across from us had the dog that was barking all night long. Waiting for the manager to call to explain wth happen

The Bathrooms are very poorly laid out and the shower doors do not close all the way. The shower head is on the opposite side of the shower as the controls. Location could improve over time but right now there are no food options anywhere close.
