Big place. Parking lot was clean and secure. Roving security, at least at night. Good beer choices at Torre and Bar Louie. Food at Torre was awesome. Service at both places was exceptional. Not a particularly large crowd on a Sunday afternoon.

One of the best spots in the valley. Awesome shops and restaurants including a movie theater. Great for a night out or just handing out. Frequent Kome and Melt quite often. Very busy at night and area is very safe as well. Close to route 78 as well.

The promenade shop is a nice, quiet Plus enjoyable and relaxing place to shop. They also have a movie theater up there and a nice little area in the circle there with the fireplace to sit. Also Black Friday, they will have a thing up there for Christmas. Where to get your picture taken with Santa Claus

I've loved the promenade since it opened when I was in high school!! The stores change sometimes but this place offers so many fun stores & places to eat & areas to hang out with friends. You can bring your dog, a lot of stores put water bowls outside for dogs. The movie theater is great and perfect for a date or just catching the newest movie that's been released. There's a classy feel to the promenade & lots of parking. If you wanna get outside & have some pretty scenery then this place is perfect. Tons of seating available & even fire pits outside in the winter. Definitely check this place out!!

Unfortunately, for me, there is a little bit more to be desired than what is here. Not sure if it was covid, the shift of in store to online shopping, increase in costs etc, but it’s just not hustle bustle as you’d expect a place as such to be. I’ve seen this place since it opened back in 2006 and comparing it to now… just see a lot of turnover. I miss Pita Pit and a few other miscellaneous places that drove me to want to walk around and shop accordingly. Best thing here to actually come out for is the movie theatre. They have a few unique dining experiences like Torre, Bar Louie, Kome etc, possibly a reason to come for random visit. Overall shopping however is dull. My main reason to visit is for European Wax Center as they have just opened this location several months ago. I’m glad to see they became a tenant at the Promenade Shops! Beautiful place with the fire pits and such, overall lacking the will to want to go, however. Lol

Date of visit: Easter Sunday April 17, 2022. Since it was a holiday I didn't expect much to be open. This was actually my second visit to the Shops. The first time was back in 2009 when I worked at the golf tournament. This shopping center has a great variety of stores sort of something for everyone. Back then I remember visiting LL Bean and Fresh Market. This time I visited Fresh Market and bought a pre-made sandwich to go. It was quite filling and good value for the money. If I had more time I would have explored more. The market is my favorite store here. If I am ever in the Saucon Valley I will stop in again.

Visited the "Promenade" to have dinner at "Melt". Dinner was excellent and the service was superb from the beginning to the end. Our waitress Morgan was extremely nice and well versed in all the items on the menu. She made you feel very comfortable. To sum it up the atmosphere along with the service and dinner were fantastic and together made for a great evening of enjoyment. Without a doubt we will return.. Ty

I love going to the Promenade with my niece and nephew. There are lots of shops, eateries, a grocery store, a liquor store, and a bar. We enjoy walking around, grabbing something to eat or drink. It fun for all ages.

It is a great shopping center, if they had EV charging I would give it 5 stars! Hope they add that now basic amenity in the near future.

I had no clue this outside mall existed! I just moved to the area and found this mall when I visited bath and body works. I’m so happy I found this mall. They have everything in it. I’ve visited other malls and they were nothing like the mall I used to go to in Jersey. This mall was beautifully decorated for Christmas. This will definitely be my “go to” mall!

Wish the stores would be open later to accommodate young people trying to go out and socialize. Live music or something would be cool too to get people out. Overall a nice place but could be better

Beautiful indoor outdoor shopping experience. The stores cater to a variety of services and products. It is so nice to just walk around and window shop if you don’t need anything but a little fresh air and a stroll. Great choices for dining as well. Grab a coffee and walk around!

The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley is truly a gem nestled in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. From the moment you arrive, you’re embraced by its inviting ambiance, picturesque landscapes, and the subtle buzz of lively activity. The open-air design is a refreshing departure from the typical enclosed malls. Strolling between stores feels more like wandering through a beautifully landscaped park than a shopping center. Every corner is meticulously maintained, from the charming fountains to the cozy seating areas, making shopping an experience rather than just an errand. Diversity is at the heart of The Promenade. Whether you’re on the hunt for the latest fashion trends from top brands or searching for a unique gift in one of the local boutiques, this place has you covered. The range of stores ensures that every shopper, regardless of age or preference, finds something that resonates with them. But shopping is just one facet of what the Promenade offers. The dining options are nothing short of stellar. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty meal, a light snack, or just a cup of artisanal coffee, there’s an eatery waiting to satiate your cravings. Each restaurant and café seems to uphold high standards of quality, making dining here a consistently delightful experience. Perhaps what I appreciate the most are the events and gatherings hosted at the Promenade. They truly amplify the sense of community, making it more than just a shopping destination. Whether it’s a festive seasonal event, a sale, or a weekend gathering, there’s always something happening that adds a touch of vibrancy to the atmosphere. In conclusion, The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley is not just a place to shop and dine; it’s a place to experience, to make memories, and to truly enjoy the essence of a well-curated outdoor shopping venue. It’s a must-visit for anyone in the area or passing through!

Found this delightful place driving home from Lancaster, PA. Excellent choice of upscale shopping at this mall. Coming from NJ, I look forward to the beautiful ride out to holiday shop this fall.

Keep up the great work Promenade! You will weather the changing consumer shopping climate with what you are doing. This outdoor mall is clean and immaculate. Thank you for keeping it dog friendly, as this brings us to your mall 3-4 times a week to shop and buy food.

I thoroughly enjoy an afternoon at The Promenade! The scattering of the stores anchored with a nice theater and Barnes & Noble are top notch. However, the BEST part is the seating area with the water feature by Starbucks. Super kid friendly and because of that I find we go more often (even being a half hour away) because we can eat, shop and my son can play. Very well thought out.

  • 5/5 Greg C. 9 months ago on Google
Nice outdoor lifestyle shopping mall! Like most, malls it’s tough times right now so they are filling a lot of the spaces, with independent businesses. It’s been hit of miss for the chains. Gap tried to make a go of it here with its flagship monicker but was unsuccessful. Banana Republic and Old Navy still have full stores here, though. They definitely need some fast casual restaurants since Cosi left years ago. If you want a quick meal, you have to got to The Fresh Market, where they have sandwiches and salads and Sushi. I am glad that Turning Point is coming as they need a good breakfast and lunch place. Red Robin is really the sole restaurant for economy consumers. Other restaurants are wonderful but can be costly for an everyday meal. Melt is obviously fantastic for a special occasion. I went for my birthday and it was memorable! Overall, it’s nice to be able to get outside and combine shopping with a beautiful mountainside environment. If you’ve never been, what are you waiting for?

Previewed "Ordinary Angels" on August 23, 2023 at the AMC theatre by invitation only, and I live 2 hours west of here! Based on a true story that brought tears to my eyes several times. Went to Happy Hour at Bar Louie before the film. A little pricey at $7 for a Havana Nights cocktail with a big square ice cube that is normally $11. A Miller Lite draft was $4. Great atmosphere with seating available outside. Didn't try the food, but a little pricey. Most of the shops were on the higher retail end. All are outside entrances with walkways like a town center. Saw a band setting up to play live music outside, and this was a Wednesday.

A great outdoor mall with tons of shops for varying interests; mostly fashion and clothes shopping, but also toys, food, theater, Starbucks and a nice huge Barnes and Nobles bookstore.

Candy Lane was so adorable. Wine samples galore! Loved the market as well. Promenade is just awesome! Many shops and restaurants!

  • 3/5 William P. 2 years ago on Google
Rents too expensive at this mall based on how many retail businesses turnover and the vacancies. Good restaurants here. Fresh Market and ll bean are solid anchor stores. Nice Barnes and Noble. Seems like smaller stores can't sell enough volume to pay the high rents.

It was a very clean place; well maintain. The way these shops looks like they cater to the upper middle class. Lot of shops I've never seen before, and others familiar such as Barns and Nobles and Red Robin.

Beautiful grounds with lovely places to sit outdoors. There's even a children's sprinkler for hot days. The stores are a bit pricey but the goods are well-made. I'll come again.

I normally love the promenade shops, however not when you have lame retired horses doing the carriage rides from Saucon Valley Carriage Company. Also, where is their hoof protection (shoes/boots)?

Great selection of stores and restaurants and a go to for our family for the movies. Been going here for years and will continue to do so as long as I live nearby.

Great shopping, good food selection from high end to burgers, AMC movie theater. It's so cute there!

If you're made of money, this mall is for you. While I love an upscale mall, it would be nice to have some moderate priced option. Nobody is asking for a Dollar Tree, but aside from a few retailers, the eye glass store, the movie theater, and Red Robin there's little in the moderate price range for clothing and other items. There's a reason there's many vacancies.

I can’t believe all the people leaving low reviews because “mY soUp cAmE iN a sQuaRe BowL” - wouldn’t that actually make it EASIER to sip?! This place is solid with decent food. Good atmosphere and friendly employees. We were maybe a little difficult because we thought the Signature Hot Dry Rub on the wings was impossibly salty but then they came out the 2nd time around with less rub and they were delicious.

We visited Jos A. Banks to purchase a suit for my son, to wear to a friend's wedding. We were provided with excellent service. There is a wide selection and great tie choices. We went with a lavender shirt, purple tie and Grey suit. Lovely combination. They also have menswear specials.

The promenade looks like it's recovering from covid shut downs. Several stores/restaurants are closed and a few pop up type shops in their place. This was a destination when it was first built, I truly hope they bring quality stores back in to keep this place going. It's not at all "going down hill", there are still fantastic shopping and eateries here, but with several empty stores between them. I still like walking through from one side of the lot, stop at sbux on the way to the theater and window shop!

  • 4/5 Stephen R. 2 years ago on Google
Still one of my favorite places to go. They have plenty of shops for all ages. The AMC theater is always clean and friendly for an afternoon vist. The whole strip mall in the winter turns into a wonderland. Parking is a bit awkward otherwise I would probably be there more often.

  • 2/5 Russ L. 1 year ago on Google
What a shame.. All the stores are pulling out and the owners don't seem to recognize that their rental rates are too high for Mom & Pop stores to afford. The National chains are going online and the only way they will fill these stores is to Drasctically lower their rent, so Mom & Pop stores can move in to fill the stores. Stein Mart which closed at the South Mall, that building is only $5,000 per month and it is the size of The Gap. Fill the spaces! Perhaps some Antique vendors would be a good idea.

The serenity at the promenade shops is just on another level...great stores to shop and just wind down with either a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

  • 3/5 Mike G (. 1 year ago on Google
A lot of the stores before Covid are not there, si the experience isn't the same. We were told by those that used to work there the rent was too expensive so many vendors left. They still have the theater there along with Red Robin across the way from it.

  • 1/5 Isabella G. 1 year ago on Google
Went to walk around for Halloween with costumes on just to check out shops. A security guard came up to us and told my friend he couldn't wear a costume mask outside, but could wear it inside the theater. This mask showed his face as much as a face mask would. How does that make sense? Can't wear it outside but can wear it inside?? Extremely disappointed.

  • 5/5 Ny B. 1 year ago on Google
I love this shopping center! It has bounced back after COVID. This is a well maintained and safe shopping experience. It has a lot of high end retailers, lots of interesting boutiques but the best are some of the restaurants are absolutely wonderful. Location is off form route 309 and I78 so it’s easy to get to. Parking lot situation is ample but it’ll be difficult to get a space exactly in front of any retailer that you’re thinking of getting into. Overall it’s nice to still have a place where you can browse and window shop on any type of day.
