I used to be a patient of Delir Sharifian who I thought was excellent and very pleasant to deal with. But for my last appointment I was contacted by a very confused receptionist (who would not speak English) who lost herself in an elaborate novel to tell me I had been assigned another dentist. I enquired as to why this was but was told it's because my original dentist was too busy. Excuse me? I had an appointment booked ages ago and suddenly i do not have it anymore? Why? I also could not reschedule to a later date because he was busy forever by the sounds of it. So instead I was "taken care of" by Milena Mitkova. I am not squirmish when it comes to teeth and dentists, but this was something else. Under the pretence of removing plaque the hygienist had left behind, I suffered what felt like her trying to pull out a tooth with a metal hook. Very brutal and painful treatment. I have had a lot of dentist visits throughout my life and never experienced this. So since I cannot be with my original dentist anymore, I will take my custom elsewhere in an attempt to find another decent dentist who won't butcher me. Long story short, if you're w a dentist that you're happy with, then this practice is fine. They're friendly and cooperative. But you might find that your booked spot gets taken very suddenly and you get offloaded to another less pleasant dentist who will lift you off the chair by a tooth using a metal hook!

Terrible! Tried this in the hope of only having to go in once, as Folktandvården always wants me to come back and clean the tartar. So I got an appointment with the dentist and the dental hygienist right after each other. The dental hygienist said right away that he wouldn't be able to finish. Then took a price that was much more expensive than I pay at Folktandvården and wanted me to come back and pay even more. A total of SEK 4,600 for examination + removal of tartar. About twice as much as Folktandvården takes.

Very professional clinic using modern equipment. The interior design feels super modern aswell. Highly recommend to everyone!

I have made a number of visits with my son to Nordic Dental and we are more than satisfied with the treatment and how we have been taken care of! Unfortunately, we have not received help in our home region with our son's teeth and therefore sought a good orthodontist. Regional dental care rarely takes suffering into account, when it comes to aesthetics, they never take it into account. On recommendation, we went to Uppsala and Nordic dental. We were received in the best way and the staff really listened to our story and our son's needs The orthodontist Elizabela saw the big picture, made a plan and we got a fantastic result. In conclusion, I can warmly recommend Nordic Dental to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dental clinic. With their convenient location, new fresh premises and friendly staff, you can be sure that you will receive first-class dental care here. We will definitely be returning for future dental care, even though it's a long way away!

Dental extraction is all what they can do, not recommended

Nordic dental made me hate braces. It was my doctor Roxana Khalil who made the braces so paneful and unbearable. First of all, whilst she was putting on the braces Roxana did not share with me the procedure thus making me feel unsafe and bothered. After the braces were put on she did not give me any information on how to take care of braces, what food you can eat. Apart from all that I have said already, she did not give me wax which is essentiol for braces not to HURT your mouth. The next day I heard from my friends that I should have gotten wax after I complained that my cheeck skin is very sore and I could barely eat or talk because I was in pain (and that is the effect of ONE day. Now think, what if I would not have friends who would have told me that there is such thing as wax?) I went back to the clinic and complained about this issue, I got the wax from a receptionist although the adequate information on how to use it was still absent. It has been 3 days since I got my braces and while I was brushing my teeth today I felt pain and naturally I wanted to check if the braces are sitting alright, but while I was doing that wax fell out and the end of the whire HOOCKED my cheeck and there I was... Laying in tears of pain on the ground not knowing how to handle the situation, feeling lightheaded and lost. Doctors should be very careful with their job. Because of Roxana Khalil brushing my teeth while having braces is going to be something I am scared of. Hopefully after I changed the doctor my experiences in Nordic Dental will be more satisfying and pleasurable.

Delir is responsive, pleasant and very knowledgeable, I felt safe during the entire treatment. In addition to that, I received a very nice reception at the reception from the girls who work there. The premises are very fresh and I can really recommend Nordic Dental!
