First and last experiance for me. Pizza was nothing like i thought it would be....crust was very flat and encrusted with tons semolina...(was suposed to be brick oven??) website showed a nice fluffy crispy crust as you can see i did not receive that. As far at the toppings there was wayyy too much cheese, it was greasy and it tasted horrible. Also this place is a dive bar not somewhere i recommend getting food from.

Rose Garden management expects 1 person to do it all.. hostess, waitress, bartender, take lottery tickets. The staff there is amazing but this is cruel and unfair. They do their best covering 8 tables...so yes it's a little slow getting everything but it's the owners fault. Great place will be nothing good at all if you don't staff. Make an investment before your investment goes away with your customers.

Not sure if a different cook is there. The first couple of times were great, however last few times food was incorrect missing what was ordered house fries were burnt and crunchy, fish was soggy, bacon had a funky taste which over empowering the burger. Mozzarella sticks were not melted inside. The waitress was overwhelmed she was by herself and the place was busy.

Went to today with my son and everything was great. Farm burgers were awesome and home made chips were great.

Decent pizza but they put a lot of cheese on it. If you don't like a lot of cheese, make sure you specify that when you order. They will be happy to make it special for you. As for the pizza's over-all taste, it's ok; I wouldn't say it's anything to write home about...

Food was very good. Only one bartender/waitress on a Saturday afternoon. She was very busy and ran her behind off keeping up with the customers. She did a great job keeping up. This is a no frills basic small town bar but worth the visit. We will go back again.

I brought my family to this restaurant yesterday to try a new place for dinner. We were a little taken back when we walked in, but had great things. Long story short, we were here for well over an hour, almost 2. It took over 30 minutes to get our apps- nachos & chicken fingers. Chicken fingers were delicious, the nachos were tried colored nachos with thick, melted cheese and a bowl of sour cream. After waiting another 40 or so minutes, we got our food and was told we were waiting on the kids pizza. 15 minutes later we were advised that someone had EATEN their pizza and they were making another one. The new one came about 10 min later... Not sure how it took over an hour for them to check on a pizza that takes minutes to cook. The waitress was apologetic, but thought it was comical. She comped the pizza, but kept saying not her issue. She actually went on to tell us the argument that occurred. Asked for manager and no one ever showed up. Food was good, but not worth the wait. We will not be going back or recommending it.

My family and I have been going to the rose garden since I can remember, I’m 31 years old. The past 3 times I have been, while home visiting from out of state, the service has been beyond terrible. Ordered pickup tonight (2 small pizzas and 2 orders of tenders) and was told 30 minutes, to get there and stand there for 10 minutes, to then be told it would be an additional 10 minutes (50 minutes all together). When asking how much longer it would be, the woman was so beyond rude that I actually called her out on it. I got home to have them had made my bbq chicken pizza with tomato sauce? Never seen that before, and it’s because it tasted awful! I’m sorry but this USED to be a restaurant I enjoyed going to, but to have to wait that long and then not get the correct food and be treated rudely??? It’s truly disappointing but this will be the last time I go and buy food from this restaurant, used to highly recommend but now it’s the complete opposite.

This was our first time, and we were not disappointed. Friendly service, great prices, delicious food well prepared. My husband had the clam chowder and raved about it. I had the Caprese salad and it was great...everything super fresh. I got steak tips...asked for them to be cooked medium, and happily, got medium. Massive portion...had to bring half of it home. Husband loved his haddock. We will definitely be returning. What a great find!

We ordered takeout (2 orders of chicken tender apps and 2 steak tip dinners). We got a cocktail while we waited for our food. Cocktails were good. After 40 minutes of waiting for our food, the bartender/waitress comes over and tells us that our order is half done as she laughs while walking away from our table. I told her that I don't think this is funny at all because we've been waiting so long for our food. We waited another 10 or so minutes for our food to come out. At this point I ask her what took so long and she laughs again and says that they are busy! We looked around and asked how they were so busy because there were only 2 tables of customers that were eating there at that point. I have recommended Rose Garden in the past to neighbors and friends. But this was such an awful experience that I will never recommend this place again! 50 minutes for take out on a Tuesday after 7pm! I overheard the ladies beside us complaining about the slow service as they were leaving.

My wife and I visited for the first time recently. Great food and even better staff. The owner happened to be in there the night we were in, and he stopped by to talk. Very fun place with great food at great prices. We will be back.

It is a very friendly local restaurant that has great food and fantastic prices. They had dozens of beers on tap before the crisis and now down to just a few but expect to be back in full soon. The owner is a great kind soul and the servers and bartenders are super attentive and one always feels welcomed and appreciated when visiting. Also they have great daily specials!!!!

I recently visited the Rose Garden and had a great experience. The pizza was really delicious and I was happy to find out that it was a local family business. The service was very polite and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal at a great price.

This neighborhood gem is everything you want from a local bar: bright, bustling, great food specials, a cross-section of Upton life. Service is amazing except when it's not: Saturday nights seem to take forever, so I encourage you to get your order in early or plan on only eating chips. The rest of the time, this local-owned business has great crab cakes, everyone's favorite burger and curly fries, and a Ruby Paloma that will knock your socks off. Oh, and there's a muscular bartender who is nice on the eyes... Highly recommend!

The food has gotten better since the new ownership. The crab cakes are my go to. The cob salad is large and a good assortment. The staff are friendly and attentive. The bar selection has grown and the food menu has too.

Service was terrible. Empty drinks ignored. Orders never came. New owners, place doesn't seem to be running smoothly or well.

Very Nice. Typical American bar with a Chinese restaurant name. Atmosphere is Vintage.

Used to be good but it seems to be going downhill. We went there a few weeks ago and we ordered some food, the place wasn't that full and we only ordered sandwiches. It took about 1 hour to get our meal, and it was look warm at best. Two sandwiches and clam chowder in an empty restaurant shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. The acoustics are also terrible, it's not a big deal but just for awareness. It gets very loud in there with only a few people in the building.

All I can say is wow!!! We stopped for the first time today after driving past so many times, and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered the nachos, a burger and a wrap, as well as tenders and fries for our kid. We weren't expecting to discover some of the best pub fare/american food we've ever had right in our backyard. The burger was so delicious and flavorful. toppings were spot on, bread fresh and soft. And the onion rings!!! No exaggeration, some of the best onion rings I've ever tasted. The nachos were enormous and came with all the fixings, so so good. We were well taken care of, and you can see the locals stopping by for a beer and a chat. Loved everything about the Rose Garden, and we'll certainly be back, it's been a while since I've truly enjoyed the food I've been served and the service I've received in a restaurant.

Food is good but don't order online for pickup. We ordered at 430pm, showed up at 515 for two pizzas that were supposed to be ready by 5pm and here it is 553pm and they're still not ready! Not cool.
