I don't live far from here, so I've been a few times. The drinks are fine, but a little pricey. The food is your standard bar food, western style (mostly). The Hub in Funabashi has recently become a bit more lively, and seems to be attracting more pretty girls than before. Not sure why; maybe the local hostesses are stopping in for before-shift drinks. The Hub seems to be becoming a local pick-up spot. My first visit in a long time was on a Saturday in March, with a couple of friends, and within literally ten minutes there was an English-speaking girl sitting on my lap getting pretty flirty. She wasn't a pro, and was there with a couple of her work friends. Had I been of a mind, I think it would have been pretty easy to peel her away from her friends for the evening. I will have to investigate this more thoroughly.

Great bar and food for locals. They were very welcoming to me as a foreigner also. Friendly staff, great place to met new people especially if you are just getting into town.

Do not go here if you foreigner they will seat you in the back table away from customers. The price was more than other place even with members card. They are really racist here don't bother to come if you not Japanese. You are not allowed to interact with Japanese customers. Worst hub or bar in area

Super rude staff, HUBs are generally good places to meet with friends but this one completely hate foreigners, and manager doesn't care so don't expect much.

It was interesting to find an "English" pub. The decor is fun, the drinks weren't too expensive considering the location and genuine pints. The food was a bit ropey though. Don't expect any real fish and chips, more like fish nuggets and potato wedges.

I like the pub and their concept and whether I go alone or with friends, you feel comfortable there. But I noticed the service at funabashi store and the "new terrible" popocorn with curry made me rethink about going there again.

Great atmosphere and selection of drinks. I would recommend getting the members discount card. It will pay for itself as there are Hubs all over the place!

Raising prices of happy hour drinks doesn't help to fill the seats...

Very nice place

It's a hub, but for the most part the staff are very professional. The bar is always clean and rarely now is there 'the element' and foreigners and Japanese sit together comfortably.
