My previous spa experience is the Red Door Spa (now out of business) so I'd say I came in with high expectations. I scheduled 3 services through the website app. One specialty service I couldn't find in the app so I put it in the memo section, and they called me later to schesule the correct service. Super helpful over the phone. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and led to the back changing room with robes, slippers and lockers. It was very clean and well maintained. I waited in a softly lit waiting room with calm music playing while I waited to get started. My first service was a massage. We talked a little about what I was looking for and I was offered an upgrade to CBD oil, which I accepted. I appreciated the offer, and I liked that it was offered but it didn't feel pushy to me. My massage was wonderful and she listened when I said I preferred a heavy pressure. Second was a salt scrub, which was incredible - back to the changing room for the shower after that one, and the third service was a facial. I was again offered a small upgrade. The aesthetician felt a different facial was appropriate and I appreciated her expertise. All in all, I'd say this was a really relaxing experience, really high end and totally worth every penny. This will be where I come for my regular spa treatments from now on!

I was a little reluctant to schedule an apt because I didn't know what to expect due to the changes Covid-19 had on businesses. I scheduled the apt. and found out that I certainly had nothing to be concerned/reluctant about. I am a returning customer and must say that I was not disappointed in the least. The spa was clean and tranquil. The receptionist are extremely pleasant and helpful as usual. The massage therapist was exceptional. She told me where she found potential tissue. issues and provided recommendations. I have been to numerous upscale resort spas and I tell you City Magnolia is right of there with them I always tell others the it is my hidden gem.

I recently went to City Magnolia Luxurious Day Spa to get my manicure and pedicure done. I was beyond relaxed. Loved the calming energy and tranquil music. My experience was honestly the best experience I've had at a spa. Everyone was super nice, positive and extremely professional. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking to wind down after a long week or simply take a day to pamper yourself. I will definitely recommend to my fiends and family. Totally worth every minute!! 5 stars in my book!!!!

This spa is absolutely amazing!! Super relaxing from the moment you walk in. I had both a facial and the swedish massage. Once you're checked in, they take you back to a waiting area.. the package I bought, I received a robe and slippers to change into, which makes the experience even better. They sit and talk with you about areas you would like focused on and what's causing the issue. During the massage, they make sure the pressure applied is okay and doesn't hurt. They will work with you to make sure you're relaxed. Afterward, or even before, they will bring you a warm neck wrap to relax even further and some hot tea. The Zen tea is the best!! I will definitely be back!!

Loved the experience! I went to City Magnolia by a friend’s recommendation and I have to say I was a very happy customer! It was my first time getting a facial and I was a bit concerned on how it will go but it was a wonderful and easy process. Violeta was very nice and friendly, she explained to me the process every step of the way. She began with looking at my face under a lamp and gave me recommendations on what I should do. I have a very sensitive skin and she explained that City Magnolia uses their own brand of all natural products and will not irritate my skin in any way, it didn’t. I was very happy with the experience. The whole process was very relaxing, I almost fell asleep! Overall, the ambiance was very nice and relaxing, next time I will come back with my mom. Thank you for the great experience!

The Spa is very comfortable and inviting. All treatment spaces are comfortable, clean, and soothing. A very relaxing experience that always exceeds my expectations.

Started going here once I moved home from college in August. The space is nice and clean and very quaint. I love it the relaxing ambiance that the spa gives off. Prices are fair compared to other competitors. I always get an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Susie when I go. I love her, she is amazing at what she does and I always leave our appointments stress-free and relaxed. Overall, love this place for massages and will continue to go back for them and hopefully get a facial sometime in the near future. Would totally recommend.

Simply the best hot stone massage I have ever had.

Just finished up my prenatal massage with Becky and I have to say it was the most relaxing and much needed experience ever!! Everything from start to finish was perfect!!! I’m in my third trimester and obviously very uncomfortable!! I feel 100 times a more relaxed. Thank you!!

Jennifer is very caring and professional and now you can schedule treatments with her at City Magnolia Day Spa in Frederick, MD. I have been to other acupuncturist before and they were not able to help with my health issues. Just with one session with Jennifer and I can tell a difference right away! My main complaint was knee pain, but she went the extra mile and treated other issues that she was able to detect. My knee feels better and that’s only with one session! I will definitely keep having more sessions and hopefully my issues will go away! Don’t put it off any longer, if you have any health issues, make sure to see Jennifer!

This spa is my favorite way to treat myself . I’ve gone for several treatments and even have my next booked already. The seasonal specials are fun to look forward too and I loved the cinnamon and coffee body treatment. The atmosphere is also very relaxing with a nice sitting area to sit and changing rooms with showers and lockers. The time I spend here really is an escape.
