I booked a 1 hour couple’s massage for me and my husband. After we arrived, the lady at the front desk did not say welcome or anything. She had a phone in her hand and asked if the name on the screen was us. We said yes. She started walking towards a room without saying anything, so we assumed we should be following her. After we got into a “suite” she just told us to take everything off and lay down. The room/suite felt very compacted, too dark and just not a place where either me and my husband could relax. Anna was the one that gave my husband a massage. He wasn’t satisfied at all afterwards. He said she was all over the place and didn’t focus on one area at the time. He wasn’t able to truly relax at all. Michael was the one that gave me a massage and I was happy & satisfied afterwards. He truly did a great job, focused on areas that I said and I felt like a new person after. I will say I wasn’t able to fully relax as I normally do when I get a massage at a different place. I didn’t feel that connection that I otherwise feel. Another thing I didn’t like that was distracting was loud noises they would make with hot stones or walking out and back in the room. It’s apparent that there’s a language barrier at this place that we noticed right away after arriving to our appointment, but sometimes all it takes is a genuine smile to make your guests feel welcome at your place of business. We won’t be returning.

First appointment booked through MassageBook, for May 15th. Although there were a few hiccups (No one at the front when I got there, a little late start, Summer had to leave the massage room a couple of times because she had forgotten things) Not a big deal. I was happy with the massage, so before leaving, Summer asked if I'd like to book another appointment. I did and asked for a month out date. She came back with a three week out date, June 5th at noon. Wrote it down on an appointment card. When I returned for my second appointment, sat in the lobby 10 minutes before I saw anyone. Summer came in, looked surprised to see me showed me on her phone and that she had nothing on her calendar for me at all. She had another client, asked me if I could wait an hour, told her I would not, I had already made the 45 minute drive to get there. I left. After a few bumps during my first appointment, this appointment was going to be the one to determine if I was going to become a monthly customer. Sorry to say, I will not. If you visit and want to visit again, I recommend going through their booking site or at the very least, call before your appointment to confirm😔

The massage therapist farted twice by my face during the massage and burped throughout the massage as well. She then proceeded to blow her nose throughout the massage and did not wash her hands after. I definitely would not call this a relaxing experience and will not be going back.

I was killing time on a Sunday so got myself both facial and massage. The facial was living up to its price, Christina knows what she's doing and got it done well. Michael took the time to work on my shoulder and largely relieved the dull pain. It is located in an office building and obviously didn't put in effort to make it like a spa center (spa furniture in offices basically) so if you prefer the spa atmosphere this is not the place.

Hands down best massage I have ever gotten. I did a one hour massage with Michael targeting my neck since I suffer from migraines stemming from pinched nerves. I feel amazing!! Will be booking regularly for care.

My husband and I had a couple’s massage at Summer’s Massage Therapy today. We both were extremely pleased! Michael used arms, elbows and hands to work the tension out of my neck and shoulders and knots in my back and legs. I have had many massages but none have been anything close to the massage I experienced today. We live 45 minutes away and there are many options closer but now that we know about this hidden gem, we will never go anywhere else.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I feel the need to after the condition my body is in. I went to get a deep tissue massage and it was horrible. I have had countless deep tissue massages from other places before so I knew I was going to feel sore after, but I have never felt this beat up after a massage. She asked what areas I wanted to focus on and I told her my neck & lower back - which were barely touched. She ONLY worked the left side of my back for some reason and proceeded to dig extremely deep to the point where I am bruised and can barely move. On top of that, there was no music playing at all so it was just awkwardly silent the entire time. The whole experience was so uncomfortable and I regret going. I left in more pain than I came in and I would like a refund. It’s a shame, but they really don’t care about helping you feel better. Just your money.

Had a 90 minute massage with Cici. Absolutely wonderful. She is always attentive to my pressure needs and wants. Depending on my workouts, pressure needs are not always the same. I always leave feeling so much better. Such a warm and friendly person as well. Thank you Cici!! You’re the best.

Summer is the best. I have experienced her work for 15 years and always walked away like a new person.

I booked a 60 min massage with essential oils. (Essential oils are an up charge) Upon walking into the office, there was no clear direction for a check-in person but a crowd of employees gathered down the hall. The office smelled like fried food. The male in charge asked me if I booked essential oil massage and I replied, “yes” He then asked me what type of oil I would like. I asked him what the options were and he said, “not many- maybe lavender?” So I responded, “okay, lavender is fine”. (Why offer essential oils if you don’t know what you have to offer or don’t have more than one scent? Extra charges were not warranted) I was escorted to a room with no instructions. The room smelled like food, and there was no music playing. When the therapist came into the room, she was chewing her gum very loudly. She did not turn music on until later in the session, and then continued to use her phone during the massage. I would feel her rest, her phone on my leg and use one hand to massage repetitively in one area while she used her other hand with her phone. During the entire massage she was smacking her gum very loudly. The face pillow had a metal bar exposed which was very uncomfortable for my face. She left the room during the massage for several minutes. When she finished, she asked me if I felt better and then walked out. She did not tell me the massage was complete or mention any check out procedure. The whole experience was not relaxing. It really seemed like they were unprepared for the appointment with the rooms not being set up ahead of time.

Fantastic long running dsm small business with wonderful amenities (heated massage tables, hot stones, etc.) Sophia has given me the most phenomenal, professional, rejuvenating, deep tissue treatments for years now.
