Application fee for this apartment is 340$. Please be aware when you apply for this apartment. They say 40$ application fee, 100 admin fee and 200$ for security deposit in their website but when you don’t want to rent their apartment. You will forfeit the entire 340$ not 40$. I would ask the management to say 340$ application fee not 40$. I was asked to contact them on 06/07/2022. Below was their response. When you applied you agreed to the terms of the legally binding application contract. You were accepted, notified of that acceptance, and then withdrew your application. Per that contract you forfeit your fees paid. That is the same policy for all applicants. We can not refund you and no one else. That is a violation of Federal Fair Housing Laws. In the future read any contracts before you sign and agree to the terms. To get yelled at to read the fine print i was asked to contact them, no resolution was taken.

At 7/5/2022 at 11:18 am I payed 340$ for my appartment application and was called to be shipped to basic training in Army a few days later and they told me I would be refunded and still waiting to this day. Never answer phones or emails. Still have the receipts. -Enrique Lumberas

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!! Disgusting, smell, not livable! Moved in my shower was not working called so many times to get it fixed and nothing has been done. Went to the leasing office which maintenance claimed they didn’t know about most things but also stated they were fixed. I shouldn’t be having to go through this when I just moved in! I payed all my dues and can’t get a time frame of when things will get fixed. They should have made sure this apartment was ready for move in! I don’t even want to give them one star. This is ridiculous.

They wanted $340 just to tell me yes or no if I can live there. Non refundable. Also you pay ALL utilities. Their leasing office is an apartment unit.

Don’t move here I been waiting for a month now for someone to come fix the hole where my toilet is and nobody has gotten back to me or answering me

I feel like this is the last affordable apartment out there. I loved living here. I had to move because of a job offer, but I didnt want to leave. No its not fancy or modern, but it is up to date. Yes, I had some maintenance issues. I went a month with no working oven. But they tried several times to fix it. I ended up getting a brand new one. I was informed every step what was going on. Office was not always open or available but I was okay with that. I miss living here.

If I would I give 0 star for plaza manor apartments I have been email and called since last year november 2022 to until sep. 2023 all most year now and no body come for fix maintenence work I m so tied for called and email even when I call no one answer or when someone receive call say we got it your order and sent someone for fix it after copul of weeks but no any one come.

my first experience with Plaza Manor apartments was Great, nice people, clean area just all the way around a Safe area to be to stay.😄
