I would love if you could do a Chef's Table which I guess is almost what I had since I basically spent most of the meal watching the kitchen. I really loved it and can't wait to return!

What a fantastic vegan tasting experience. Was not expecting such creativity in the menu and presentation, but I guess that’s why they have a Michelin star. Seven or so dishes, themed around the current season. We had things like celery, beet root, mushrooms, and apricots. Unsure how frequently the items change, but I’m sure they will be amazing each time. If you choose the tasting menu, give yourself at least two hours to go through the entire process. I would high recommend it.

Also the risotto with spelt and mushroom was not the usual risotto, it was unique in its texture and richness of flavours and spices. Compared to other vegetarian restaurants, I appreciated the combination of different cuisines, using flavours and techniques from asian traditions, mixing with typical swiss and european ingredients. Also the portions were very gentle and there was the right balance of fats and proteins. The staff was very nice and attentive and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
