Wonderful hospitality. They are the team of experts with warm and welcoming hearts. They have employed the most hardworking staffs, they serve the guest with full of smiles and effective services. Meals is excellent here! If not for the room, please walk-in for the lunch! It will make a wonderful stay here with delicious cuisines. It is always worth a stop for sure. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities and beautiful view. They have breathtaking view of the valley with full of rice Plantations facing the river. Summer has the most amazing view here, which brings the memories from the Bali in Indonesia. Overall, Buddha - The owner himself is fun loving and jolly! He is actually a Buddha disguised in human form! Full of compassion and kind man he is! You all must try this property, it is lovely! #hotellobesa #bhutan #punakha

Great restaurant with a world-class view and museum quality decor. The buffet lunch was one of the best meals we’ve had, and we’ve had some good ones here. Don’t miss the fresh homemade salsa!

We were given a 'better' room, but the only good thing about the whole 2 night stay was the fantastic view from the balcony and the very pleasant staff. The shower room had only 2 tiny pieces of soap, no tissues or toiletries. The hanging space was just a rail coming out of the wall about 18 inches long with 4 plastic coat hangers. There were no drawers in the room at all. The food was boring, tasteless and not very warm. Would definitely not recommend.

Very good hotel and it is close to city. Very good staff. The view from the hotel is wonderful. It covers the hills, farms, mountains, rivers, etc. The theme of the hotel is maintained throughout the hotel making it a different experience. Very good vegetarian food. I wanted to celebrate my parent's anniversary and they had actively supported and made it memorable.

The hotel is situated on the main road. We started there for two nights and we enjoyed the food and the stay. The hotels had balconies which gave a spectacular view of the valley and with river. They also had spa on the top floor which adds to the value of the requirements. The food here is also good specially the indian 🇮🇳 cuisine. They have cafe ☕️ house also. Only thing is that they are placed away from the market place. Check the attached photos which may clear your doubts if any. A single room can accommodate 5 guests easily with extra mattress.

Restaurant service is really poor, had to wait for 40 minutes just for the starters! :') The lunch took more than an hour to be served (was not a diverse food order as well).

A beautiful space created in the middle of nature with the mountain on one side and the road on the other. Well kept rooms, spacious and neat, big and clean bathrooms. The view is breathtaking and you can experience it from the rooms, restaurant and common areas too. The reception is decorated with traditional and antique pieces of furniture and paintings creating a very inspiring and quaint space. The food was simple and tasty, breakfast options can improve and the buffet meals could include more local cuisine. Overall a memorable experience with good service, enjoyed the company of Suku and Sonam who were polite and warm especially as I was very interested in the local wines, beers and local culture of activity and celebration.

I was without words when I saw the room and the view from the balcony. Speechless. High quality service, very spacious room, everything top notch. Clean, quiet, well maintained. Everyone working there is faboulos. The restaurant is also very nice and the food quality is at its best. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Punakha.

Although it's a bit old hotel, the rooms have been recently renovated and look spacious. Got amazing views of the hills from the balcony. The best thing about the hotel is that Indian food is really tasty here. Punakha is a small town and it's the best 3 star hotel available here, the punakha dzong is around 30 min drive from this place. The service is a bit slower and they take 25-30 min even for small orders, any order for new items will take the same time again. If the restaurant can work on improving the service, it will be a wonderful stay.

Just a few minutes drive from Punakha Dzong, this quaint hotel offers a peaceful stay in Punakha. Tastefully decorated with Bhutanese antiques, the hotel offers panoramic views of the mountains, paddy fields and the river. The staff are super-attentive to your needs. The friendly owner is himself there to supervise and cater to your requests. The rooms are big with neat linen and great views. The restaurant offers tasty Bhutanese and Indian dishes. Tariff and rates are very reasonable.

Nice rooms, good views and a very attentive staff with good food make for an excellent stay. Although you could almost say the staff are too attentive, you only want to answer "is everything OK with your rooms" once not five times...

Great views of the valley offered by the balcony. Large space to even do yoga in the early morning. WiFi was adequate in terms of coverage. Lack of television didn't matter that much. Please bring your own toiletries as it is pretty lacking.

A very unique blend of Modern concrete and traditional interior hotel with promising price. The owner is down to earth, humble and very helpful person. The sumptuous breakfast with breathtaking view of paddy field is spectacular. lastly the cafe near to it is a big plus point.

Absolutely wonderful! The staff were so friendly. I had a tear in my backpack from trekking with too much camera gear and they sewed it up for me for free. Everyone is so nice and wanting to ensure everyone is comfortable.
