Oh my. Wonderful, wonderful place. The barista was so helpful and friendly, and made me the most delicious filter coffee. Great espresso options are available too. The pastry was delicious to go with it. It's small, and they spend as much time roasting as they do being a cafe. If you're in Spain, you should buy their beans to try at home. If you're in Madrid and wanting to try good coffee, you're blessed with so many options, but this café should be at the top of your list.

I have been wanting to come here for a while to try out a bag of their beans, since they have such stratospheric reviews. The gentleman working here was very friendly and helpful and gave me all the info I needed about their coffee beans. I selected the yanacona, which is a colombian borbon rosado. I was excited to taste their coffee so the second I got home I brewed a cup. They really know how to roast coffee, since it seems perfect and not overly roasted like some places are guilty of. The coffee was very balanced yet complex. I can’t wait to try out some of their other beans.

Great Peruvian coffee ! During these hard times it is especially wonderful to count on a local roaster and delivery to your front door. Best coffee in Madrid .. also they are very knowledgeable!

I’ve been on a journey this summer to find the best cold brew in Madrid, and I found it here today. Cold brew that’s so rich and smooth it’s like a dessert.

I've visited Madrid several times but had not found a coffee roasting shop before. I was glad that I walked the extra blocks to get to Cafés Guayacán. The coffee I was served was excellent, and the selection of freshly roasted beans was also excellent. The owner, Enrique, took the time to show me his roaster (a beautiful and beautifully maintained machine) and to tell me the history of his business, which he runs with his wife. She is the daughter of Colombian coffee growers, so she comes by her expertise naturally. I will definitely be returning to Cafés Guayacán when I visit Madrid in the future. In fact, I plan to choose my hostal so that I'll be nearby.

We found this place by accident (after our other go-to coffee shop was closed), and were deeply impressed. The coffee was amazing, and the staff was incredibly personable! The coffee and presentation were thoughtful and it has become a new favorite.

Went here to get some quick cafe para llevar with my partner. Not only is the coffee delicious but the space is really cute and the owners are super friendly and knowledgable. Thanks for the great experience! Now I know where I'll be going to for my regular coffees when I'm back in Madrid.

I spent a month in Madrid this summer and apon returning home, I decided that I would buy my brother a bag of coffee beans (he is a big coffee lover). This place was recommended, and boy it did not let me down! A cute little shop that has all the things a coffee lover desires. My brother was delighted with the beans and months later still says it is one of the nicest coffee beans he has ever had. This Christmas, I decided to buy him 4 bags of coffee via their online shop. They sent them swiftly to Ireland with no issue in posting. They even rang me later to confirm that the delivery had arrived. A great place, filled with great employees and even greater coffee!

Very good service and exquisite coffee. At first, when I lived in the Chamberí neighborhood, I would go to the Cafés Guayacán roaster shop to buy coffee and the experience was excellent. The owners serve directly and not only advised me on the most suitable coffee but also explained how to prepare it. Now that I live in another city, I order them through the online store and the service is fast, the coffee is freshly roasted and the presentation is very careful. Congratulations!

Love being able to have a great chat with the baristas in specialty coffee places! The coffee is great, he knows his stuff! Super friendly without any snobbery, the space is really cute and has great music playing in the background. Although they have free WiFi

I went in to get some coffee beans as a souvenir, the man who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable and patient with my lack of Spanish!

😠 It’s rare to be spoken to so rudely in a city as wonderful as Madrid. We were a party of 8 that the lady refused to seat until everyone was present. 5 of us were already there and 3 yet to arrive. She claimed that it was impossible to seat us all together despite the terrace being almost empty as yo...
