The trip to the penguin island turned out to be a cruise around the island without the possibility of entering the penguin beaches. The operator advertises in such a way that it consciously arouses the misconception that you are buying a cruise to penguins, and in fact it is a worthless cruise on old scrap metal. We came to Ushuaia with our eight-year-old son. he was promised a visit to the beach. we found another operator who guaranteed entry to the island. however, the voucher from tolkeyen patagonia could neither be returned nor exchanged for another trip. generally poor standard, unprofessional service, no transparent offer and no willingness to cooperate. I strongly advise against using their services. I'd recommend steer clear of them.

We chose Tolkyen to see the penguins up close. Actually before leaving we found out that the operator that advertises itself as a trip to penguin island does not offer it at all. We quickly booked a trip to Penguin Island with the Pira Tour agency. The Tolkeyen employee said that it is possible that her boss will agree that we travel with him the next day (the day of our departure). After talking to another employee, we found out that there is absolutely no such possibility, and the cruise us disappears. Too bad they didn't want to find a solution to the situation. 👎👎👎 I don’t recommend 👎👎👎

Nice boat tour with a new and large catamaran. They provided a lot of interesting information during the tour in English and Spanish. The tour took overall 3 h and included the "most interesting" sites around Ushuaia and also included a little hike (approx. 5 min) to a viewpoint where you coukd take photos of Ushuaia + the mountains around the town.

We wanted to book a tour with them. They first told us that they are not sure if we can go because of bad weather. We should wait outside the booking hut for a few minutes and they will come and tell us when they decided. After a few minutes, a group went in and came out with tickets so we went in and they told us they are full already.

We book an excursion at the main office in Ushuaia in English to the lakes in Ushuaia, well it was not in English. The tour guide new about us and told us that she will speak in Spanish and English during the trip. Great! Not so great, she forgot about us . I reminded her 2 times and she started to speak in English for few seconds and totally forgot about us again. I was disappointed and frustrated for not understanding the information. My wife speaks Spanish, she was translating for my, but I paid for a tour guide translation, not my wife. I felt I was being treated unfairly. I will NOT Do recommend this specific tour guide.

Excelente servicio y paso!! Hicimos la excursión por el canal de Beagle, isla de los pájaros y faro del fin del mundo. El catamarán era modernísimo, confortable, buenos baños y excelente explicación. Ambiente cordial, ameno. Las 3 horas que duro el paseo fueron una maravilla. Altamente recomendable

Excelente servicio, nos encantó. Muy buena navegación, la nave está perfecta, la guía nos contó de todo muy interesante mientras navegabamos. Y contratamos fotografía abordo eso fue genial nos permitió dedicarnos a disfrutar el viaje el paisaje el lugar. Gracias!

Amazing tour, unfortunately I could not go on the longer tour because it was the winter, but the lighthouse and sea lion tour was still really great. It was great to see the sea lions and also to visit the island nature preserve.

They sold me a ticket without saying that it will be with another company and said "at three you can enter the boat" when I've entered it was a boat from another company (which I wanted to avoid) and already full so I had a bad seat although I've been puntual. Not recommended for this 👎 but the trip was nice...
