shared
the
requested
documents

vanished
.

stopped
answering
my
calls
.
What
seems
to
be
the
issue
here
.
If

are
not
able
to
rent
a
car
with
the
documents
provided
u
should
have
the
courtesy
to
contact
the
customer
or
answer
the
call
of
the
customer
and
decline
the
request
.
This
is
really
a
bad
service
and
I
dont
understand
the
reason
to
avoid
calls
.
Is
this
a
genuine
company
.
Bcz
it
concerns
me
that
u
do
not
return
calls
post
collecting
the
customer
documents.

customer

should
have

courtesy
to
answer
the
phone
and
just
say
that

are
not
able
to
give
the
car
.

kept
avoiding
my
calls
once
I
shared
the
documents.
U
should
have
at
least
sent
me
a
text
and
said
i
am
not
eligible
.
That
would
have
been
the
basic
customer
service.
All
u
had
to
do
was
just
answer
the
phone
and
decline
the
request
.
