A place for weekend get together 😁 Very near to Uthandi toll plaza ! And 900m from Uthandi beach 🏖! Very near by mayajal cinemas as well ..!! A nice property with swimming pool and BBQ set up ..! Spacious rooms with wardrobes tables fridge oven and stove! Open car parking inside property! Swiggy and zomato accessible Ola and Uber accessible Cons: Lot of seepages in wall ..!! Building looks old Switches and sockets are weak Flush doesn’t work properly in ground floor Other than these everything was fine for a day stay ..!! U can have lots of fun Checkin time is 2pm and checkout time is 12 Overall a good place for a weekend get together 😁

We did a small birthday party for my baby. The lawn was spacious for small birthday parties and the night stay was convenient for 20 people. But the bathrooms were not that good. Water doesn't come in 2 bathrooms and flush didnt't work properly. Also the bathrooms were not much clean. Best part is the pool. We really enjoyed the stay because of the pool and the lawn area. But there should be an extra lights in the pool area it's dark at nights. The owner was very really communicative. Also the caretakers in the house can be more helpful.

Beautiful House with Swimming pool and Barbecue set up. Near to the ECR main road beside toll plaza. As it’s close by to the main road it’s not a walkable distance to the beach. Has 3-4 bedrooms, spacious house with all amenities. Pet friendly. Enjoyed the Stay. Cheers.

Great place for comfortable stay near beach... Best place for spending quality family time... The best part is the resort location... Good Restaurants and Food Courts are near to resort... I will definitely recommend you for staying here... Resort can accomodate 10 to 12 guests at a time... Completely safe and secure place... Neat and clean swimming pool with nice sit outs around it... Kitchen facilities with all the electronic appliances... BBQ setup also there... Enjoy your stay here...

Very beautiful beach house within city limits. Closer to shops and hotels. Rooms were neat and clean and the swimming pool was really impressive. The hosts and caretaker were helpful and supportive and appreciate the care taker's service. Overall I had very good experience and would definitely recommend this beach house.

Rooms are neat, very well maintained swimming pool, overall stay was nice. One suggestion is to move check in time a bit earlier as 2PM is late, when we check in and get the things settle it will be evening.

We stayed there for 2 days.had wonderful time with family.perfect home stay for families with kids.swimming pool was super clean.we almost spent most of the time in the pool.rooms and toilets were perfectly maintained.I loved the interior decor.had extra amenities like cable TV, wifi.kitchen had enough vessels for usuage.had privacy in beach also even though not walkable distance for kids. But the area had full security.on the whole worth every penny.
