Shagun Jewellers is an unscrupulous and disgraceful jewelry store that deceives customers with false promises of high-quality products. My experience with them was a nightmare - the rings I purchased lost their shine and broke within a month, exposing their inferior craftsmanship and cheap materials. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, their abysmal customer service showed a complete lack of concern for my dissatisfaction. Adding insult to injury, they callously refused to fix the rings or provide any form of compensation. Shagun Jewellers' dishonesty, shoddy products, and disregard for customers' concerns make them a despicable establishment that I strongly advise everyone to avoid at all costs.

It was a pleasant experience of visiting Shagun Jewellers, Uttam Nagar. Gold and Silver collection is good. Sales executive Shri Ajay and Ms. Manisha are very good in handling customers and showed great interest in resolving our queries.
