Ac not working and desret are too bad to eat They have less waiters No aloo naan combo thaali available have to buy aloo naan separately with any other thali only 2 - 3 waiters available to offer services. Charges for special thali -250+gst Aloo naan -65 per piece+gst Worst. . . But but but.... Chhole Bhature are bestest here 10/10 tastiest ever.

Today i ordered food from this restaurant and surprise that food quality is very bed. I feel food prepared before 1 -2 days. Onion smell very bedly . I threw all the food . My opinion to avoid this restaurant . It is not good for health .

Visited the place in 12dec2021. COCKROACH IN MY PLATE. Ordered few items like pav bhaji, gajar halwa, moong dal halwa, ras malai and found the cockroach in moong dal halwa as an extra garnishing toppings. Moreover they took like forever to serve the order after asking for it again and again ,how much time you gonna take as max items were like already been made just to be from serve category,except pav. When it was served it is like this by the time.we found this fellow cockroach we had already finished one plate of moong dal halwa already this was our second. And to our surprise when we asked we want to talk to the head or the manager they said he is busy go and talk to the counter yourself and more surprise the person said first thing when he was informed for the incident -- " okay we will not charge you" like as if we are more concerned of charge here. They do not have any regret about what they did and how it could affect the health of any person. Forget about the covid times precautions they haven't shown the basic behaviour of been concerned about the health factors. All of the them including owner ,casheir waiter were like okay we will change the bowl item. Kindly refrain from going to this place ever. I was visiting this place since many years ,now i will never visit it ever in my life not because i found the cockroach ,it can happen at any other place too. But because of the fact that they are least concerned about the higiene factor and not willing to even change that.

Not only waiters but owner (that sardarji, against the general trend) is also very rude and badtamij. Served food after 40 minutes of order and that too like this in the photos. Tandoori butter roti were cooked in hurry (saare kachche the) Kadhai paneer me capsicum and onion upar se gravi me daal ke le aaya tha panir ke sath..... It was like panir gravy salad of capsicum and onion.. Last but not the least, waiter finally was expecting tip as well... What i gave ultimately. Bechare garib ka kya kasoor jab Malik hi badtamij hai to.

If I would have an option to give 0 star to this place I would have happily done that. Visited the place for a post birthday dinner with family including members of all age groups. First there was a long wait and once we were all seated, the staff clearly specified that they only have north and south indian food available. Kids were disheartened on the same spot. We ordered starters and main course and they served in broken crockery. Food was just okay as excess oil was floating on the gravies and rice was literally coated in oil. If you are looking for a good family time and good food, please avoid the place 😓

One of the oldest restaurant in uttam nagar. But still it has maintained its quality. The only problem u have to faced whenever u go there it's. Crowded. Himalaya Sagar Sweets & Restaurant is located opposite the Uttam Nagar East Metro station. There are two sections to the property, one is a sweet shop and the other for party. Himalaya sagar restaurant is costly restaurant. It is quite good place. Nice waiters and they took our order very soon and served us very son as we were very hungry.

It is one of the spot in Uttam nager, it's on the main road going towards pankha road. The restaurant is 1 min walk from uttam nagar East metro station. They have two separate entrances 1 for restaurant where you can sit and eat other for sweets and chats. You can get vegetarian food here which includes south indian, north indian mad and Chinese. Overall a decent restaurant which decent food. And yes it is not self service thank God for that?

Its restaurant cum banquet on 1st floor parking is an issue coz of prime location with heavy traffic, food is ok but best part is walking distance to metro station.

The food was delicious. The service was kind of great as we requested for water and got it like 5-7min after but the restaurant was housefull so it's pretty much explanatory. The atmosphere was average cause of a child who was keep screaming but we can't blame children! But before them the atmosphere was good.

We been there yesterday for a dining,we ordered dal makhni,pizza and a chowmein, Firstly food has been served after 15-20 mnts, Secondly the quality of chowmein was below third class option Dal makhni was not at all upto standards, When I was paying my bill the waiter asked me ,"Sir mera bhi to kuch dedo" literally on to my face ,I don't know what sort of training they have been given?? We decided not to visit again at this place, Pathetic?

We booked a party hall for reception and the food and ambience is good, but they are reluctant to reduce the no. Of plates even if we tell them days before the function, this amounted to alot of food and money being wasted which these people don’t refund. Anyone booking a hall for any function must tell the bare min. no. of people required as they can charge the extra later. We lost around 17 plates which could have been avoided as we told them days before to reduce them.

The food quality and hygiene are well maintained, I really liked all the dishes. Have been here multiple times now. Also, good for casual family dining after shopping from the Arya Samaj road. PS: Their spring rolls are good 😋

Himalaya Sagar is a nice restaurant where you can find street food , sweets, and good food options for lunch and dinner. They have their sitting place to eat and party hall also, so if you want to gather a small party like birthday or engagement, you can celebrate here. So yes it must go places.

Please do not buy sweets from this shop. Dont waste your hard earned money. I have purchased 20 boxes of sweets from them and they gave me stale sweets. Next day when i complained about it, they refuse to return money. I was a regular customer of himalaya sagar but now onwards i will not buy anything from them and do not recommend anyone to go there. Instead of them go for grover sweets or kali ghata.

I have been going to Himalaya sagar for 5+ years. It is very close to our home, the food they serve is of top quality. Hygiene is maintained everytime and every dish on the menu is very much affordable and appetizing.

Undoubtedly the food was good as expected however the service lacked quickness. Seating area as well interior of restaurant is good. However all the staffs seems confused throughout all the times and keep running here and there but not ready to listen at once. Hopefully they didn't forget the order but it takes long to get even you call them several times. The delay issue might be due to corona virus protocols but it can be used as a mere excuse by such bug restaurant. The restaurant is easily accessible but Parking vehicles can be a challenge as the approaching road gets super busy after noon. It's a nice place and recommended for dinner, lunch or short brunches but don't expect a fine-dining experience here.

I bought sweets from their for janmastami, but they give me old sweet which is smelling so much. I throw it in dustbin. They cheated the customer. If someone eat this their maybe food poisoning. They are the cheater and criminal also. I never buy again anything from this shop.

We are gathered for business meeting and we have ordered cold coffee and it was with great taste. well balance of chocolate, coffee, Milk and sugar. We have almost spend 2.5 hours for meeting but felt like we are in our office. Well mannered and supportive staff. Prefer for go again.. and recommend as well.

Himalaya sagar is really good restaurant and I frequently go there on occassions like birthday of family member. They serve delicious food specially main course. You can find anything there from starter to dessert everything is tasty and budget friendly. I advice to try paneer lababdaar as it is my most favourite sabji there. All over very amazing restaurant.

There is a sweets shop, restaurant and party banquet hall all are at one place and below the single roof.. The price of food items and sweets are very reasonable and the taste is good. Nice for family outing.
