I had visited this hospital around 4 years back for treatment of my mother in law. She had a broken hip joint ball. Operation was done at hospital and it was not successful. Instead of releasing her they kept her at hospital with movement restricted. They did not bother to provide or recommend air bed/ water bed. As a result she developed bed sores. She was later released after a hefty bill payment. Worst experience ever.

One of the most pathetic private hospital I ever seen. I was suffering from loose motion problem and the billed 45000 for that, they sell you 70 Rs medicines in cost of 1000 each and when you get discharge they will not provide you any detailed statement of medicine or bill.

Just a money making machine. Till now I had only seen the reviews that they are just money making machine but now saw it myself. They don't care for their patient's life. Worse, they admit all patients without even checking if patient is suffering from Covid or not which directly affects other ICU patients and can infect them all. Due to their negligence, lost someone very close. A humble request - for small or big problems, visit good hospitals only. Don't try them even during emergencies.

Staff behaviour is good . The doctor is also good but charges money way too much compared to the order hospital .

Not up to mark. Dengu patient admitted in a cabin and cabin itself is not free from mosquitoes. Can't stand for half an hour also. Management seems to be reluctant on the issue. Not at all a happy experience.

Admitted my brother for dengue with Mediclaim. They charged 61,000 done unnecessary test, not gave oxygen but added charge in bill. Concern staff says there is no problem you have Mediclaim policy. But insurance company will pay only for dengue related expenses as patient admitted for dengue. Bad experience here in relifehospital hindmotor, Hooghly. Any one knows Akhilesh Singh in relifehospital hindmotor. please let me know.

Don't dare to admit your patient here, becoz of very much worst faculty and facilities. They even, don't treat patients with care,just eager for money. Only provide excuses on every cause. After asking for payment bills or patients status, hesitate while reporting to the concerned patients gaurdian.

And it would be worth our money if the treatment did work at all, they made tall claims that he would be in no pain. None of the painkillers have worked so far. From my previous experience 'RELIFE' is a good place to atleast support your emergency patient. My baba was admitted here, he was well taken care off. Good doctors and staff. Neat and clean. A lot of people giving their reviews must have confused themselves with RELIFE and RELIEF. BOTH are different places. My review is for RELIFE. Hope they continue to provide good patient services. There are scopes for betterment. They have General ward, ICU, HDU and also surgery facilities, I guess.

If there is an emergency situation and your are staying anywhere between Rishra & uttarpara then this Hospital can be of immediate help. However, hospital is not equipped with MRI facility for which they are dependent on Kolkata bound hospitals. Relife hospital is quite big in size and has the potential to cater better if they want. They have Mediclaim department which accepts cashless payments from insurance companies but they don't accept payments in Debit/Credit Card or Wallets from patients.

This is a horrible hospital. My Father was admitted here under DR GOPAL CHANDRA MODAK. My Father passed away , he was diagnosed as COVID patient all the symptoms were COVID symptoms , however from day 1 Dr Modak didn't bother to do any COVID testing but still treating a COVID patient in a Non COVID hospital which is a huge risk for all other hospital staffs and patients , COVID testing is mandatory even in Non COVID hospital , how come they are treating without any testing just for money.This hospital should be sealed .Dr. Modak is careless doctor taken life , he has no knowledge how to treat COVID patients but still wanted to try playing with people's life for money ....so be careful I wish it doesn't happen with others .....this hospital is careless ...shame on you doesn't even deserve a zero star

Disgusting service. All the stuffs don't know to keep silence in hospital. They talk to each other loudly even at midnight also. Patients cannot sleep peacefully. Most of nurses and ayah do very rude behave with the patients (mostly those patients who cannot move and need ayah's help)

My wife was admitted for delivery under doctor J.P Halder in three bed cabin . Service was good. ward health staff check up her time by time . But charge is so high . according to me relife hospital is good.

Very bad experience. My father admitted 29 th of December to 4 th January . Till the date urine cathedral( condom type don't know the proper name)was not washed. When he is discharged we are requesting the aya masis to removed that but they do not done this. After coming back home I did remove that and very bad smell are coming till now. Potty also not washed properly. Huge bill they are given but they don't have responsibility. Sarkar sir is very good in behavior but aya and sisters they are very much irresponsible. Because aya masis are front of the sister. Why the sister not given direction properly?antibiotics also they didn't show me. They told talk to the doctor. What is this?? Dr. Will do the treatment but injection and medicine are kept with sisters only.reception madam and other people are good.
