The
rooms
were
very
nice
and
comfortable.
I
would
have
rated
this
place
higher,
but
I
had
a
bad
experience
here
on
my
last
night
before
I
left.
My
electronic
key
device
on
my
room
door
had
died
or
broke.
They
have
these
little
machines
you
hook
up
to
door
to
manually
unlock
it,
but
I
guess
the
guy
who
worked
overnight
didn't
know
how
to
work
it.
No
on
call
handy
man.
I
finally
was
given
another
room
to
sleep
in
at
3
am.
I
was
scheduled
to
leave
at
7
am
and
make
a
14-hour
drive
to
my
next
location.
I
was
up
at
6:30
am
awaiting
news
on
my
door.
Finally
7:30am
the
GM
showed
up
and
used
that
same
little
machine
to
open
my
door.
So
then
I
had
to
rush
to
pack
up
my
room
and
hit
the
road
for
14
hrs
on
only
2
hours
of
sleep.
All
this
could
have
been
avoided
if
people
were
properly
trained
on
this
issue
that
could
happen
to
anyone
at
any
time
in
a
business
like
this.
Or
at
least
have
an
after-hours
on
call
handy
man.
I
mean,
what
if
i
had
medication
in
my
room
i
needed
to
take?
Aside
from
this
very
frustrating
experience
it
was
a
very
nice,
clean,
comfortable
hotel.
