    Stayed here for new years after a drive from downtown Philadelphia. Everywhere else was too pricey. The check in was smooth. I got a king size bed room for my partner and I, and the room was in perfect condition and quite spacious. Showers were pretty decent. The floor we were on was pretty quiet. No sight of bed bugs or roaches either. Would definitely come back to stay here again for the price!!

    Stayed here before. Unfortunately we were not advised prior to check in that there was no elevator service. We were give a room on the 3rd floor and had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. Front Desk agent did advise he would help if we needed it. We declined. We would have booked a different hotel if we knew this in advance. Hotel is very clean and rooms are nice. Will stay here in future but not before checking elevator service.

    Fine. But they ran out of coffee lids which is important for doing my job, which entails arriving to site without coffee stains or burns :). Also doesn't have a hot tub. Friendly staff. Standard rooms have fridge.

    Nice hotel, very comfortable and the TVs had NHL Network. Since we were going to see the Reading Royals game, this was a nice addition to the room! My only drawback to the hotel is someone cut the bottom of the shower curtains high enough that they no longer keep the water in the shower.

    The rooms were very nice and comfortable. I would have rated this place higher, but I had a bad experience here on my last night before I left. My electronic key device on my room door had died or broke. They have these little machines you hook up to door to manually unlock it, but I guess the guy who worked overnight didn't know how to work it. No on call handy man. I finally was given another room to sleep in at 3 am. I was scheduled to leave at 7 am and make a 14-hour drive to my next location. I was up at 6:30 am awaiting news on my door. Finally 7:30am the GM showed up and used that same little machine to open my door. So then I had to rush to pack up my room and hit the road for 14 hrs on only 2 hours of sleep. All this could have been avoided if people were properly trained on this issue that could happen to anyone at any time in a business like this. Or at least have an after-hours on call handy man. I mean, what if i had medication in my room i needed to take? Aside from this very frustrating experience it was a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel.

    This hotel is great.. I stay here when I am in this area. Close to many shops and restaurants I like. The rooms are nice, some need carpet cleaning though, smelled a strong mildew odor in one of the rooms I was given. But customer service changed the room immediately with no problems. They have breakfast in the morning, 24 hr gym, a pool, complimentary water and tea, and cookies. Great hotel to stay in if in this area. The price here is always the best.

    Do not stay at this hotel. They do not know how to manage their reservations. They overbooked their hotel this past weekend. Even though we had a group staying there, all of us had confirmed reservations they did not honor these reservations. Some were reserved for a 2 double bed but the hotel only had kings. Even with more than 2 people in their room (no option for a cot or sofa bed) their solution was " we can give you a blanket and you can sleep on the floor". They also were charging extra for the king bed even though that was their fault. On the other hand, those were the lucky ones at least they had a room as an option. They fully cancelled our reservation without notifying us until we arrived. Horrible. Horrible to run a business, horrible customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE!

    Stayed here for just 1 night but it was a pleasant experience. The lady at the desk named Karah was really nice and got us help with our bags to get taken up! Room was nice and clean and there is also a breakfast in the morning.

    In the middle of the night I walked into the hotel and Karah welcomed me and got me and my daughter a room and explained breakfast was in the morning. Patrick was so nice and kept coming over to check if everything was good. We were so thankful for that hotel stay. We even stopped and talked to karah in the morning who was so sweet and made sure we were ok before we checked out
