I brought a sunglass of Prada brand from uxbridge branch and staff mentioned international warranty and can exchange if not suited..but unfortunately i couldn’t get any exchange because they are refusing for international exchange in Australia.I am totally disappointed towards them for the false information.

Signed up for an account as said you would get £20 off your order. This did not happen. I did get £10 off. However I contacted the Customer service immediately. And it was more the attitude of the member of staff. Sorry Computer says no! That I found annoying. Purchased as a present. I would have to return the glasses to get at the correct price. Basically watch out for FAKE advertising.

Terrible store. The self proclaimed manager Monika, refused to help. Told me it wasn't her problem and asked me to travel 120miles back to the other store. Disgusting behaviour. Took me 30 minutes and a lot of arguing to get her to see it's my legal right under consumer law. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Nikki was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful, answering all our questions and recommending the best products for us, meanwhile being able to find a product I had seen a while back and order it instantly. The store is blessed to have her.

For the first time in my life I visited this shop and was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by its decor and easy to see and pick up sunglasses to check. I wish to mention that the lady who served me, impressed me. Her name was either Jass or Jag. Most polite and professional in her approach and knowledge. Upon asking she gave her honest opinion. For my and my friends future requirements of sunglasses I will most definitely visit Sunglass Hut, Uxbridge Branch.

I had a really positive experience in-store, which helped me choose the perfect sunglasses for my wife’s birthday. I’d been asked for a simple “designer sunglasses” by my wife - a tough one to get right! But Jags (manager) talked me through the different styles, frame-shapes & colours, and even used a photo of my wife’s face to judge the best design for her face shape and colouring. She was really knowledgeable and made me a few recommendations within my budget. Safe to say, my wife opened them today and was delighted. And she also really liked the little maintenance kit that was upsold at checkout, which looks classy & fits nicely in her bag. Choosing sunglasses for someone else is a bit nerve-wracking to be honest… they’re quite an expensive purchase but are a very personal item. The team at Uxbridge, especially Jags, made it a good one. Thanks for your help!
