We had great 3-day/2N private trip from san pedro de atacama to uyuni. Since we were heading in the opposite direction to 90% of uyuni salt falts tours, we had a great time. Lots of places we had all for ourselves. We had plenty of time at the hot spring, sunset view, watching flamingos, and every spot we stopped the driver and the guide Both were awesome, always smiling and exceptionally professional. We didn't go in blindly and expect pearldebolivia to do everything. We asked a lot of questions and prepared our trip on our side as well as i am sure they did on their side. In the end, the whole journey was exceptional, right from the moment we met until they dropped us at our hotel in uyuni it was one beautiful journey. Our driver Miguel and Bismarck the best guide in Whole of South america (mind you, we had plenty of guides as we have been traveling since april 2022 in South America). He was eloquent, knowledgeable, extremely patient, speaking very fluent english and very friendly. I wish you all the success in the world, my friend. The hotels were all great, the driving was smooth and without any hiccups, the food was great and plenty. Thank you, Pearl de Bolivia, for giving us great first impression of hospitality in bolivia. You have set yourself on very high standards, and we are looking forward to what the rest of the country has in store for us. Thank you, Bismarck and Miguel, for great memories to cherish and behold.

I had a good time on my tour and our guide Alejandro was very nice and knowledgeable. HOWEVER. This company is a disaster, they are rude, poorly managed, and unhelpful when clients have a problem. I got into contact with them after never receiving pictures of my trip, since the guide has told our group he would send all of our pictures in a WhatsApp message. The company first of all denied that this was possible or allowed, refused to put me into contact with my guide, and on top of that was super rude to me. I explained to them the situation and that I had not taken any pictures with my phone, since I was promised pictures sent in a group chat by the guide. The company told me guides were not allowed to do this and they couldn’t give me his number or help me. When I explained that this was not what I was told, they asked me to send them proof of where in their policy it states they would provide me with pictures. I then repeated that the guide told me he would send them, and they stopped replying to my messages. Extremely unprofessional. I had to contact them through another messaging source in which they also stopped replying to me, and after that I received a rude message on WhatsApp that they had already responded to me about my concern and there was nothing they could do. If you decide to go with this company, just make sure to take your own pictures and document everything they say to you, because they are liars, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The guide did eventually send us the pictures.

The driver was great and experienced, but the rest leaved to be desired. Food was insufficient and at times bland. The nickel and diming didn't sit well with us (tons of extras to pay; if you want happy customers, I suggest switching to an all inclusive model). Bad schedule: wake-up time at 4am only to spend 30 minutes in hot springs (most of us didn't want to undress and get dressed again in sub-zero weather for a measly 30 minutes of thermal waters). Some people in our group found the guide a tad pushy and rude. Wouldn't recommend.

Did the 3D2N tour, good drivers and the attractions are amazing but this is a rating for their run-down cars and lack of professionalism by the guide that made me felt unwelcome and excluded. The cars do not appear to be maintained much, if at all; there was no AC and windows weren’t working most of the time, so basically long rides in the desert with no ventilation in hot cars. The tires on one car are practically bold and the 4x4 shaft missing so when we got stuck in mud, there was no rescue gear and the other car had to come back with a tow rope. The guide had taken an interest in one of the girls and in the process managed to exclude me from interacting with others in the car on the long return ride back to Uyuni. It sucked to end the tour feeling unwelcomed.

We booked the tour from Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia to San Pedro de Atacama in Chile with Pearl Bolivia. It was recommended through Bolivia Hop and also Get your Guide, therefore the group was very international and rather young (mid 20 to mid 30). The stops on the route were amazing (see pics), but I think all agencies are somehow doing those stops. What made Pearl Bolivia remarkable were the extras like great storytelling by our guide Lucio, nice picture ideas in the Salar, Wine and Chips for sunset (we were the only tour in the whole desert) and extra heat in the accommodations by tea and electronic heaters in the main room. The first salt hotel was cute and quite well equipped, the second one was rather basic, but we made the best out of it with wine and a great group vibe. I would go again with Pearl Bolivia!

The nature was amazing, there were tons of impressive spots. The organization surpassed my expectations. They overbooked the cars, there were more people than seats. We got stopped by a Police patrol before leaving Uyuni. We were not allowed to drive further because the driver left his license at home. We drove back to Uyuni and took a sneaky dessert to pass the patrol. In the late evening we arrived at our hostel, everything was dark and left. The guides checked the buildings. We drove to another hostel, where the guide booked our rooms on the spot. Therefore, the dinner was b*it, the vegetarian one got one slice of eggplant as a meat replacement. People were still hungry after the tiny portions. The tourguide was a walking text book, his story telling was nice but he was not guiding at all. He was detached from the group. On the last day back the guides and drivers got problems with their licenses again. I expected more.

We had such a good time, amazing guide called Victor made sure we all had the best time. Explained everything in English and Spanish. Gave us so much information and his energetic character was amazing. The good during the tour was cooked by the drivers and was really good. The basic accommodations to stay were exactly what you would expect in the middle of nowhere and more then fine.

Had a great time on the 3 day salt flats tour. Our guide Victor was very informative and full of energy, which helped motivate us with the early starts 😆 We always felt safe in the hands of our driver Limba and the cars were comfortable. There was always plenty of food and good options for vegetarians.

I can't recommend Perla de Bolivia enough! They made my trip to Uyuni, Bolivia an absolute dream. From their warm and friendly service to the expert guides and jaw-dropping sights, everything was top-notch. The tour was filled with mesmerizing natural formations like Isla Incahuasi and the train graveyard, along with stunning sunrise and sunset views over the salt flats. The accommodations were comfortable, and the food was delicious. 10xu Folks!!!

We booked the 3D2N salt flats/lagoons tour, and the experience was terrific. Our flight from La Paz to Uyuni was canceled a week before departure. As such, we ended up booking the overnight bus with the agency (operated via Todo Turismo - highly recommended) via WhatsApp. The agents were responsible on WhatsApp, and we felt even more relaxed and comfortable when we met Stephanie in person at our La Paz hostel for the payment. Our tour guide was Jose for the 3D2N tour. He was an amazing tour guide - we had so much fun learning about the history and Bolivian culture from him. He also took amazing pictures for us at the salt flats. If you are doing the tour, bring 🧻 and any headache medicines/high-altitude drugs with you. If you are going there in the winter, dress as if you are camping outdoors in a below-zero climate.

We had such good salt flats day trip with Carlos here. This place was 10 USD cheaper than the other mainstream tour. We decided to take the chance not knowing what to expect. End up we had a fun day learning about the salt flats. The wine and snack served for sunset was just perfect to end the amazing day. On the plus is that Carol helped take many good pics for folks in tour.
