This tour agency sold me a different tour than I thought I was buying. I bought through tamboloma and they sent me to uturunku on a different tour than I booked... We were supposed to tour the Uyuni salt flats. We drove into the salt flats at noon and turned around at the island. We didn't see much of the flats and drove almost all the way back to Uyuni to sleep after the first day. We did not get much time in the park. We received boiled vegetables for lunch and no water with dinner! We didn't see half of the places listed in the itinerary and went a different route. The car was old and i felt every bump. Not everyone had seat belts with a shoulder harness... When I complained and asked for my money back and to not go on the tour, they said no and the guide threatened to leave me on the side of the road. Don't get tricked by this company like I did!

Bad guide Filip/Felipe We were with 5 people on our tour. 3 Brazilians and us two. From the beginning our driver/guide was grumpy, not enthousiastic at all. He almost didn't say a thing and when we stopped somewhere, he gave almost no information. Instead of coming with us, he stayed in de car or was on his phone. When we had questions, he wasn't helpfull. He gave us little time at viewing points and when we stayed too long, he honked the car. At other places he left us waiting for forty minutes to one hour, like at a little shop on the second day. We were all ready to go, sat in the car, he saw that and still went inside for more than 30 minutes! Today we missed sunrise because he was 20 minutes late in the morning. We supposed to leave at 4h20 and it was 20 minutes later. When we got up the little island to check sunrise, all the other tourists already came down because we were too late. The viewing points, hostel, hotel, food and office in Uyuni were great. But the guide made it one of the lesser tours on our trip through South-America..

Incredible experience with this agency. We did the 3 days tour from San Pedro to Uyuni and it was awesome, cold yet awesome. Our guide Daniel was amazing, he made us feel really confortable and was very passionate talking about all the places we went too. The price we paid was totally fair. We had amazing 4/3 days Uyuni tours with Uturunku travels from San Pedro. The owner Renald was really helpful and went above and beyond to help with visas and other things. Our driver Daniel Nina was really awesome. He took a lot of photos for us and waited patiently for all the tourist locations. He accommodates all our food needs too whenever possible. The hotels were really nice and good except the villa mar hotel where the food was ok.

We had the most amazing days during our 2N/3D trip. David, our guide knows the region very well, our group was the best. The guides are flexible to give you the best possible trip in the amazing landscapes.

A great journey with a yung driver. The price is correct. The hostel you’ll sleep are rustic but amazing. The second night close to the multicolor lake is the best. I recommend this company

We had a great time! Our tour guide was a super safe driver and was always up for a joke. Also the food was amazing, which we definitely did not expect beforehand. We would really recommend this Agency and especially our guide Daniele!

We did a 3 day 2 night Salt Flats tour with Uturunku and it was a great choice. We were very pleased with our driver/guide. Accommodations and food were good, and all of the sites were amazing. 3 days is needed to see the best sites.
