DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Our whole group got food poisoning on the second day. The guide just laughed it off and we had to insist to drive us back directly after spending the half day in bed throwing up and having diarrhea. After trying to find a solution with the agency we were just told that it is not their problem that we get sick of the food they provided. Super unfriendly.

Spend a little more money or with another company! Our group of 6 got sick with food poisoning. Stay away from them and their food. The guide didn't even bother to ask for our names. Just got dropped off the places. No interactions or explanations. Also the super nice lady from the beginning turned into a "not my problem you got sick from our food" person. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I spent the last day throwing up and having diarrhea.

Poor experience with the tour company. The driver fell asleep behind the wheel, was rude, and the car broke down. Then our whole tour got food poisoning from the food provided. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Had a fantastic 3 day tour of the salt flats and desert with Full Adventure. Franklin our guide was excellent, very informative about the area with 9 years experience, and importantly, drive very safely on some very bumpy terrain! Recommend!

Great tour company which provided us with a memorable travel experience. Unfortunately I suffered (altitude?) sickness when arriving at the starting destination. The company happily delayed our tour by a day at no extra cost, so I was able to enjoy the tour fully.

We did our trip to the Salt flats and the Reserva Nacional de Fauna Andina Eduardo Avaroa with them and it was just beautiful! Maria was very kind and helped us afterwards to book a bus to La Paz. Our driver was funny, the guide very confident talking about his topic and the food was delicious, also for vegetarian there were alternatives every time. I highly recommend this agency!!

We did a 3 day tour to Salar Uyuni. The tour started already a bit chaotic when we arrived in Uyuni. They mentioned different start times and forgot that we wanted to rent sleeping bags so we had to ask ourselves to make sure we will not freeze at night. The tour itself was nice and the landscape was amazing, but our guide Wilson did a very poor job. At the beginning he didn’t even ask for our names. During the whole 3 days he had no interest in building a connection with the small group of 6. He gave us just the basic information and made sure to arrived at the last stops of a day on time so that he could finish off his work day. That was very disappointing. Although it is a hard job and he might have seen the places 10 times, he should not forget that he is responsible for a great experience and put some effort into it. We cannot recommend the tour as the price was average and we saw other people having a way more fun with their passionate guides during the 3 day trip.

I would bring your own food and water and negotiate a price reduction with them. Guide was amazing - food was terrible and they ran out of water for us even though it was included. Accommodations are a little whack so lower your expectations right down.

I had some of the best 3 days of my life doing the Uyuni tour with Full Adventure! As the tour is better value for money than others I was a little worried we might miss out on something but we saw everything that all the tours got to see and more! So many breathtakingly beautiful sights and it was all made so fun. I have already recommended the tour to a lot of friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Maria for being so honourable and going above and beyond to help us with all parts of our journey, not just the amazing tour.
