Have never had such an unbelievable experience with a tour company. Joker expedition exceeded all of our expectations and more. Booking with them was seamless through whatsapp. They arranged a driver to pick us up in La Paz and coordinated bus tickets on an overnight bus from La Paz to Uyuni. The bus was very comfortable and most importantly felt very safe. Once arriving in Uyuni they picked us up from the bus station and gave us a hotel room to shower and rest until breakfast which they included and our tour which departed around 10. Our tour guide and driver were both amazing and very professional. The pictures and videos our guide took of us were amazing. Although we didnt return to La Paz the company still took us to the bus station and helped us get tickets to our next stop in Sucre. I couldn’t recommend enough.

Words honesty cannot describe how Jose from joker expedition and his team saved our Bolivia trip. If it wasn't for them and their dedication we would have been stranded in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and never made it to salt flats. Due to flight delay we missed our flight to uyuni and there was no other flight. the people working for airlines did not care about us at all. Jose found a flight for us to arrive in a different city to pick us up 5 hours away so we can make our trip. We lost a full day - but he planned an itinerary where (yes we did not sleep- but we agreed to it) we would still see everything we were supposed to. After 30 hours of flying they make everything so comfortable. A hot meal ready for us always asking if any dietary restrictions ( one of our girls did not eat meat so they made her tuna cutlets) they had everything for altitude sickness, they were knowledgeable, took photos , very flexible drove 17 hours in a day just so we can see everything. I cant imagine how the driver felt. Al was our guide - perfect English, passionate, smart caring! They even took us inside to airport to make sure we were checked in. the attention to detail is beyond and communication is even more. I wish there was a higher rating to give. Do not look any further this is the company to go with if you want someone trustworthy and someone who cares.

Great agency. Professional and great drivers/guides - it's worth the extra little walk to make it to their office in Uyuni (a little outside the center) to talk to them directly, if you haven't booked in advance. We setup a last minute sunrise tour with them and got ponchos and boots included - they did what they could to help us have a great experience.

I have had an amazing experience with them! The place itself is wonderful, but the company and the tour guide made it even better. 10/10

Absolutely fabulous! Our guide liroy was fantastic and catered to everyone,the kids, teenagers and adults in the group. We will definitely seek out mountain of his tour. Thank you for such a fun 🤩
