Best pizza/ restraunt spot in town for sure. Prices are definitely not cheap but the quality of food is top notch. Pizzas come in two sizes small or large, there are pastas, and other homemade breads. Two beers on tap, and a refrigerador full of cold drinks. The owner knows what he is doing, how to make an amazing pizza full of fresh toppings, and a lively pizza spot that has the service aspect well done. We had a group of 7 and easily got a table, where we filled our bellies. An amazing spot to socialize and have dinner.

No visit to Uyuni is complete without a meal at Minuteman Pizza! It was already legendary when I first visited in 2006, and equally good 17 years later! Small 25cm pizzas cost around 50-60 bs, or large 45cm for 100-110 bs. So roughly Western prices, but worth it with homemade tomato sauce, pesto etc and homemade lemonade too! Located within a hotel, with a doorbell you'll need to ring first.

This place might have the best pizza in all of Bolivia: Thin, super crispy and incredibly delicious. On top, the owners are extremely kind, forthcoming and always up for a chat. They let us stay past opening hours to wait for our bus to Sucre, and even gifted us some snacks for the trip. Oh, and they also have some great beers on tap. We had a great stay here and would definitely come back!

Best pizza in Bolivia! Love the service and how friendly they were! Pizza was delicious and the small size was very generous too. Make sure you ring the door bell and come on in and have a great time!

UNBELIEVABLE!! I got a design-your-own vegan pizza and he even had vegan cheese which was amazing! I tried it on half of the pizza as seen in the pic. He also sun-dries his own tomatoes and they were the best I’ve ever had. Would hiiighly recommend this place. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. It’s a bit tricky to find, you have to ring the buzzer for the hotel and they’ll let you in to go to the restaurant

Amazing! 🤩🍕 One, if not THE best pizza we've had in South America! Cannot recommend this place enough. All three pizzas we ordered tasted so good! I also had warm cinnamon cider it was delicious, perfect for a cold night in Uyuni. The sizes are small or large but small is plenty for one person.

As a US citizen, I can confidently say this is the closest & best thing you’re going to get to American style pizza in Bolivia! The owner is from the US & knows how to adapt the traditional American pizza taste with Bolivian ingredients. Well worth a stop.

Quality pizza and homemade lemonade! Yum. Great place to enjoy before or after visiting the salt flats. If you go beforehand you can be inspired by all the photos on the walls! Chris was incredibly nice in my interaction and our travel guide said this was the only place in town she liked to eat. A little pricy compared to other food you can get in Bolivia, but our guide said that was normal for pizza generally and this pizza was worth it.

Excellent pizza and nachos. Don’t skip dessert as the homemade cookies and cake are delicious. Family run, lovely vibe, a must visit while in Uyuni. Thanks for a great meal!

Possibly one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. Super friendly staff and amazing pizza’s…the dough is incredible. A real gem to find in Uyuni!

This was some of the best pizza I ate in my whole life. I had the spicy llama pizza which was a combination of tomato sauce, gooey cheese, shaved llama meat, basil pesto, and hot sauce. It was such a divine combination and the thin crust had so much flavour, was so light and airy. I'd fly back to Uyuni, Bolivia just for this pizza. The staff were also so friendly and welcoming. I'm really glad they survived through covid!

First of all, I was surprised to find tap beer this good in Uyuni. I tried a margherita with anchovies and it was good. It's not Napoli-style pizza but still satisfying. On a side note, the whole menu contains as usual plenty of toppings that should never go near a pizza (chicken, spicy beef, etc.) but in South America this what the locals -- and probably most tourists -- unfortunately expect. Overall thumbs up!

It really was the best pizza in Bolivia and the best we’ve had in South America! Beers, pizza, pasta what more do you want? Get the Buffalo chicken pizza add caramelised onion 🤤 ended up here 4 nights!!! Chris is the man! 10/10

One of the best places I’ve eaten pizza. Chris and his lovely wife, the owners are such an amazing people - they made a huge chocolate cake just for me because for two days in a row it was gone before I even had the chance to have a slice. Highly recommended 👌

Uyuni is a pretty small place with not a whole lot to do, so to find an amazing restaurant really makes your evening so much more memorable. The owner Chris was so welcoming, and the food was delicious. Good pizza has been a rare find in South America for us so far so definitely take a visit! We may even go again before we leave...

Pizza here is one of the best pizzas I've eaten in my life. Fresh ingredients and excellent flavors. It shows that the team here puts a lot of effort in crafting these pizzas. I also ordered a salad, again, great ingredients and better taste. And let me tell you about the lemonade, freshly made and perfect sweetness. If all these is not enough, Suzie and Chris welcome you like you're an old friend. I heard a couple say they ate there every day they were in Uyuni, after going the first time I did the same.

Chris an his team were awesome. The pizza was great, his mood and service as well. We stayed at the Hotel for four nights and were really happy. Every day we got a fresh made breakfast, at dinner pizza and local beer. We are coming back.

The Pizza is amazing, you need to try when being in Uyuni! The slow cooked pasta was also really nice :)

Amazing place!! The owner and his wife are so welcoming and offer the best handcrafted pizzas with local ingredients. If you are feeling the altitude, go for number 5 with extra chicken fajita and you’ll soon forget everything about the challenging heights. It certainly helped us when we were both down. Too off the whole shabang with a chocolate-nougat bar and you are in for a treat. We were here three times within 6 days.

The post tour tourist hub! Vegan options with incredible vegan cheese, I went back twice. The service is friendly and reasonably fast. Somewhere yo store your backpack as well. The ingredients is fresh and you have to try the sundried tomatoes, really recommend this treat

Seriously the best pizza I've had in a while. Easily the best in Bolivia, possibly south america! Ordered The Works pizza. This place deserves the hype it gets. Everything was perfect, the crust, the sauce, the toppings. The leftovers were even delicious the next morning. The service was also very friendly and pretty fast! Definitely go here while in Uyuni or waiting for a bus. They even serve breakfast which is probably great too!

As you can see in the photo, we couldn’t wait to eat the pizza. We ordered the pesto and buffalo chicken. Food, beer and service were all great! Must-visit while you’re in Uyuni.

Pizza was so good that we went back the next day for second dinner. Highly recommend the Pesto Primavera, also cash only. I won't be forgetting that pizza anytime soon
