I booked this hotel via OYO and OYO confirmed my booking of this hotel. I already had a last-minute cancellation of a previous hotel and I didn't want to stand a chance so I called the hotel to confirm my booking. A lady picked up the call and to my surprise, she said that they too didn't have any rooms available. Laughing and giggling in a very unprofessional manner she told me that she will not give the room for a price already charged by OYO. Such unprofessionalism can never be expected from a person in the hospitality industry. It seemed like I am talking to somebody from a fish market. As a person of hospitality, one must know the value of their guests.

DON'T ! just one word DON'T BOOK ! like all other reviews this is a scam by OYO OYO will assure you that no extra payment is required but once you reach the hotel , OYO executive gets vanished from scene saying hotel is not accepting so you have to go another hotel Price could've justified if the room condition was good but it's NOT. no AC, full of MOSQUITOES they don't even provide you with any mosquito repellent, Improper ventilation system full of HUMIDITY, if you thought things couldn't go more wrong then you are wrong . Bathroom flush is broken and door lock is not working Paying 1k for such sleepless nights is not worthy in any sense This hotel should be stopped from it's operation, it's creating a ruckus image of Assam in front of tourist

We have booked this place for my frnds bday party.. 4 people were there.. Though it was not allowed for more than 2/3 people but we have spoken to the owner and negotiated the deal as we are not gonna stay at night..for some hours we were charged 1200 bucks approx . Clean..Ac didnot work properly... cordial... Overall not bad experience
