I would like to inform to all please come here if you went to very good physician treatment. Here dr. ankur prajapati is experienced and well educated. he is very friendly and give good advice. Highly recommend this hospital over any other hospital.

I went for a complete health check up for my class 2 medical. The staff was polite and guided me through every step. The fees were also reasonable. Also didn't expect hospital breakfast to be this tasty.

Surgery was so critical to perform but Dr Ravi Sir did great work.

BAPS is really nice with their service staff. No hassle. Very cooperative. Only thing I feel and I know is it would be kind enough to public for lower to middle class people if they charge their fees bit nominal. I know everywhere charges are 400₹, 500₹ consulting fees. Atleast we can hope from BAPS to decrease their fees. It's bit high. 🙏. 100₹ less will make a lot of difference to public.

When we came in hospital at that time the admission process is so easy. The all staff cooperative and supportive. The cath lab is also nice by the look. Well integrated and we'll infrastructure.

Had some miscommunication during admission regarding food for the relative staying with the patient but that’s fine. Gave feedback regarding one of the security staffs that could be improved. Dr. Ketansingh solanki is very good arthologis, I had 3 injuries due to accident and he operated before 1 month now I have very good recovery. Very nice and well medically equipped hospital for every person. Cleanliness is good, supportive staff, spacious and ventilated hospital. They accept and implement our feedback. Appreciate if discharge process can take less time. We gave suggestions : change the name of cleaning staff from MASI to BAHEN. It sounds odd if any elder patient or relatives call Masi to younger cleaning staff.

My grandmother was recently operated and they charged for imported materials, but used local materials for replacement. The first operation was not successful, they did a second one and charged us again for their mistake. Their was no improvement even after the second operation. We had to move her to a different hospital where we were told about the mistakes in both surgeries and how it has worsened the condition. Insensitive staff and doctors. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you know the doctors personally.

BAPS SM Hospital is a good hospital. We get mostly all the medical services under one roof. I had visited the hospital on Sunday in an emergency, The medical officer and the staff at the emergency department attended the case immediately and were very prompt in their action. Within few minutes the senior specialist was also consulted and the treatment was provided immediately. All the staff members with whom we interacted during the stay were very polite and cooperative.
