Each of doctors and Nurses are incredible. I specially said Dr Mihir Shah is wonderful surgeon. The Hospital infrastructure is excellent. Not only have they taken great care of patient’s health, but also they are lovely to speak with at every treatment and counsiling. To Sunshine Global Hospital, The hospital which provides best in class treatment and have the best surgeons there are available in Vadodara. My daughter had severe injury on her tongue, we rushed to some known hospitals in area including the hospitals which have speciality in children care and they all turn us down. However, even at late evening I was lucky to have a surgeon available at Sunshine Global Manjalpur. They instantly accepted my daughter's case and started her treatment immediately. I appreciate the doctors and the Staff and I am greatly thankful to them and their hospitality.

Worst TPA!!! Robbers . I had my abdominal hysterectomy before 2 weeks. I had to Rs80K even though I had cashless facility. They are charging 15% service charges ( no other state hospital charges) where they provide pathetic services.I was hospitalized for 6 days and AC was not working, health faucet was continuously leaking made the bathroom floor wet , I had to carefully go everytime without getting slipped. I have complained to the service manager thrice, no result. On the last day they started repairing by breaking the bathroom tiles, no empathy for the patients.I was literally closing my ears as I could not sleep. there is no courtesy to knock the patient room door. Everyday some or other repair work was going and I hardly could sleep with so much noise around. In between, they opened some closed door in my room, pigeon came was flying into my room, I hot so scared and was screaming with so much pain and got so scared to stay there. never recommend this hospitals

All the nursing staff, doctors, cleaning staff are very very friendly and good in nature. Hospital is also very clean. The unique thing here is that there is one person from management who asks you about everyone's services and you can tell them if there is any problem with service. The management is really looking at patients facilities and we'll being.

Dr. Ravish Patel has great knowledge and his expertise, diagnosis skill, detail explanations made us so comfortable to understand about my mom’s surgery. Highly recommended Dr. Ravish Patel. Such a kind and humble doctor I have ever seen. Even all staffs were providing so much care and always on their toes to help patients. Making sure every minute if patient is comfortable and not in pain. Management were also making sure everything is going correctly. Obviously cleanliness is one of the best thing in this hospital I must say. Okay, so Lets be concise about this. What others mentioned about cleanliness and staff behaviour of the hospital certainly holds true but what I want to emphasize is how well they care for the personal hygiene of the patient, from their diet to their comfort, bedding and surroundings. Admittedly, one of the best points from me. I came here for treatment from a Hindi speaking state but language wasn't an issue since nearly everyone can communicate in Hindi. If I have to mention any cons, it would be the unavailability of lodging facilities around/near the hospital. Kinda cumbersome for frequent visits to the hospital. Rest is all good, top notch medical facility. Got operated for a long standing problem of mine and for the first time seems, it's gonna be the end of it.

Excellent Medical attention given to my wife from day one. Because of this severity of her health condition improved to a great extent. After 16days of hospitalization she is going to be discharged. Thanks for all the people who helped to make this happen.

I was admitted in the hospital 5 days, the service of the hospital was very good. The doctors were knowledgeable and experienced. they answered all of my questions. The nurses, Co-ordinator team and attendant were attentive and compassionate. They were always there to help me, and they made sure that I was comfortable. The hospital was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked.
