It has an old clock on the top of the tower.

Very popular well-known location in Vadodara, 🗼 built in Sayajirao Kingdom era for people to get real time and now also. Could be renewed more scenery view with colour and lightening.

Visited Feb 2019. Was passing by when I saw this tower. Wish I could have gone up. The surrounding shops are too close to it. Really difficult to get a good pic of the tower - no space around it, lots of traffic, overhanging cables. See attached pic with none of the above.

Raopura tower is a clock iconic monument of vadodara its closed for visitors can be viewed from outised however its a business area very crowded and parking is a major issue,road parking is done ,none od the complexes have their own parkings so problem for any vehicle and towing is happening for wrong parking. This place is surrounded by many shops of shoes ,eatables,clothes ,plastic products,restaurants ,pharmacy and pan ,cosmetics ,electricals ,banks ,furniture,sweets ,doctors ,professionals etc. But too crowded no kids no handicaps are adviced to venture here and people constantly cross roads in whatever way possible no control of same so go at your own risk and be cautious.

Raopura Tower is near to Nyay mandir and Dandiya market. There is big problem of Parking. One day parking is done on left side and second day on right side and so on.... Running area All time and become crowded in evening. It is very good place for shoes and cloths shopping. Near to Tower, there is very good shop For Lassi, Dahi, Rabdi, delights with different varieties. Must try.
