Well, there is nothing great or bad about the store really. It sells stuff for girls and teens. However, the variety is quite limited. You can find some water bottles, some essence, some other stuff, not very high priced not low. I think miniso or even lofa has more variety. Ok to visit once but I won't go again.

The customer experience is pathetic. I purchase products for more than 30k. Requested the staff for get invoice they confirmed they would give it to me. It has been more than 3months I haven't received the gst invoice till now.

Got cheated by the staff of Candy floss..i purchased only 5 items...after payment, I asked for bill..i was told I will get bill through sms.. received sms only after reaching home. I saw the bill and shockingly 1 etrxa item was added that I did not purchase. When I called back on the store , he was not polite n further not refunding the amount. This is the second time i have service issue here in Candy.. such a disgusting customer service along with cheating customers.

Very poor experience. There are limited options and they are not even ready to exchange the products. It's products just looks cute but it is of no use. Quality is inferior as compared to the prices. I will suggest not to buy anything from this shop

Visited this store recently. The staff was extremely rude. I & my friend wanted to get separate biling done for our purchases but the staff forced us to get only 1 bill, although I requested multiple times to give 2 separate bills.

Id would like appreciate the store keeper Mr.Yuvaraj where he polite & explained my all the queries. Good job done. Store was maintained well. Cheers guys !!

Can't shop in peace at all without the attendants crowding around you and following you like a tail. This one girl went and started whispering in her colleagues ear while staring and pointing at me. Who wants to shop like that? Miniso is way better. I would never come back to candy floss neither would I recommend that anyone goes there ever. Absolutely ridiculous service

The shop is following an unethical practice of forcing the customers to write a google review if discount is to be availed. This is grossly wrong. Moreover, the billing personal refused to offer discount on few products saying that they had not been inventorised yet. Is this by default or design.... Simply having an attractive facade is of no use if the practices are wrong.
