Great facilities. Very spacious & not crowded like a fish market, like how SFW is. Good energy here & best part is; all Old Faces in the Training Staff here, which makes it fun to train. It has top equipment and great environment.It is super clean everyday and comfortable for everyone.A very good motivated environment for workout.I lost my 5 kg weight in two months. The ambience and overall gym is excellent. The service provided is totally up to date. All the equipments are working very smooth and are the cleanest of all. The gym owner/trainer trains the members very professionally and keeps a personal eye on the member , if any problem or issue faced by the member, the gym owner takes quickly action and gives instant reply for the same. No delays are submitted from the gym premises.

I have join gym last month it has been 20 days my weight was 76.50kg and now my weight is 73 kg. I have suger was 132 and now it is 91 so great results in 20 days.
