I have been to a good number of hospitals and doctors as my dad suffers from NSCL cancer and I have been to HCG Vadodara a couple of times for his PET CT. One thing that I can definitely tell about this hospital is that, the staff is polite, helpful and well trained. In other hospitals I have seen staff, nurses and doctors treating their patients rudely and leaving the patient clueless as to what next to be done when they are in a process of getting treated or diagnosed but here, they believe in hand holding their patients and treat them with respect and love. Everyone is helpful here and one thing is guaranteed, information with peace of mind. The photo I have is from their canteen at the fifth floor.

A family member of mine has his operation over here. The Pre and Post operation services are very good. The Doctor, helping staff are co-operative.

Very good experience. Cordial staff. Neat and clean hospital. They made me feel at ease. Nearly painless breast sonography and mamography. Overall I would highly recommend it

Today I am very happy. Because mammography and sonography were done in the radiology department, my report came back normal and the cooperation of the doctors was very good.

They making us fool. I am trying to book appointment to Dr. Rajiv Bhat but hospital staff not give me appointment since last month. My UHID is 39026. They are only interested in surgery. I personally not recommended HCG hospital.

Had taken an appointment for a consultation for a relative at 12pm , it’s now 1 hour still no consultation the staff are confused what and which doc needs to be consulted it’s over one hour and looks like the admin staff hired are sheer fools no clarity at all Still no doc consultation.
