I ordered Italian meal for one and it was so delicious. Must try. Good quality and quantity. Taste 5./5 Starter were amazing Pasta and soup was hot Overall good experience

It was girls' treat 3-4 years ago but I still miss the ambience of here. It was great monsoon season and we all enjoy hot pizzas & spaghetti. They serve authentic Italian food...if you don't know about it then you must check out things before order, specially vegetarians for your convince there.

Had a visit to this restaurant on 2nd August 2021. Being a weekday, the restaurant was not that crowded. The ambience is beautiful and the seating is comfortable. Fiorella/Bay leaf both are a part of Express Hotel and are one single restaurant. We ordered the following : 1. Minestrone Soup 2. Wontons 3. Cannelloni 4. Pizza Margherita Everything tasted good except the Cannelloni. Did not like the taste much, so had to order a Pizza. The thin crust pizza is enough for two and the pizza sauce was delicious. Perfectly baked with perfect amount of sauce and cheese.

A great place to enjoy a nice meal.. The service and experience was great. Although pizzas were not available when we visited, the other options were great. Definitely would suggest the caprese salad and mushroom toast.

It's good taste with non-veg choices. Seasonble prices, it sounds expensive but it is served in big plate.

Food is bland.. n hospitality used to be better.. I had better experience with the both in the past..

Nice multi cuisine restaurant expensive has almost 150 seating capacity you can get mexican , italian , punjabi, chinese , lots of desserts soups , starters and on and on has inhouse bakery we tried hot and sour soup which almost didnt contain vegetables we tried spring rolls and harabhara kabab which were average and brusetta bread and masala papad which were average we tried rotis paneer birbal nd kofta which were okey

Italian food is superb. Service is awesome. Ambiance is good but quite expensive.

I would say a nice place to eat and talk or spend some time with family or friends. Italian dishes are pure but suitable for Indian pallets that's why it cannot be that authentic as usual. Spaghetti with becon which I had, was really tasty and buttery. Tiramisu was good but not the best one. Staffs are courteous. Ambiance is very classy, eye soothing and calm. No exaggeration of music. Entrance path is a bit hidden. But staffs are helpful so none will have the problem to find it out. Overall a good place to have a peaceful dine.

Facade Looks ok, has an open air lawn as the waiting area, the walkin lobby is a lil hidden types so had to go via the hotel entrance Ambience Tried to give a cozy look but slightly under whelming due to mix n match of color and the furniture decor Has 2 seating divisions one is just open to the public eye so lacks the privacy and comfort whereas the one on further inside has a wall partition giving it a more private touch Seating The outer section features sofas n long tables whereas the interior section features individual chairs n some diner style wall fitted sofa sections Staff The main front of the house is quite low on information in regards to the ingredients and many key basic elements of the menu, which could make it difficult for the customers with some dietary restrictions, and in some extreme cases can be risky Menu Inconsistency in the menu is not uncommon even then many of the classics are not upto the mark as I can feel from the descriptions Pizza sadly is just in one base option alone thin crust, no sour dough so it's disheartening to hear Gnocchi is frozen with a cycle time of 2 days as per information provided, which is bound to be more doughy and with a more sticky mouthfeel hence, doesn't sound good to order Salads which are usually at the best price close to 300-400 even at high to do restaurants seems to be heavily overpriced that though sadly with wrong ingredients as mentioned on the menu Fettuccine Alfredo The pasta itself is cooked to right bite, yet the sauce has missing notes due to use of heavy cream and not proper cheese blend, the pepper used was of coarse type which did had a good hint a small amount of white pepper would help make the dish more well rounded Panna Cotta The berry compote is quite tart n tastes fresh has hints and notes of tart with mild underlying sweetness which brings the flavour of bites much more pronounced, the main cotta is quite soft has a jiggly bounce n a smooth texture to it, the slight sweetness matches up to the tart of compote which makes it a good desert in a complete sense Pricing as per seeing the menu the prices do seem quite pulled up and not in tune with the quantity n quality

A pleasant spot to dine, chat, or hang out with loved ones, is what comes to mind. Italian food cannot be as authentic as normal because it is pure but appropriate for Indian palates. My dish of spaghetti with becon was incredibly flavorful and buttery. The tiramisu was decent but not the greatest. Employees are polite. The ambience is elegant, calming, and visually pleasing. No overly dramatic music. The entryway is somewhat obscured. However, the personnel is friendly, so nobody will have trouble finding out. All in all, a pleasant restaurant for a quiet meal.

Reasonable experience for a different taste. Clean and hygienic place. Italian dishes are tried best to meet originality. Service is quick but portion size is small. Advantage of same is that you can try their more dishes. Price as compared to portion size is towards expensive side. Yet, a worth trying place if you are open to the world cousine.

Our rumali roti had hair in it. They didn’t brought us new ones but wasn’t a good experience. We go to good places to have hygienic food so the restaurant should definitely take precautions.

Surprisingly good food! The pizzas were perfect, and the pastas were quite delicious. The aglio olio and canneloni did not seem very authentic, but apart from that the food was good. The only real issue was with the service: servers seemed moody and uninterested. That took away a little bit from the experience.

The food was amazing. Couldn't try Italian as the chef was not available so we tried Punjabi and the food was delicious.

Great service and food, you can get Italian and Indian cuisine here. We had ordered several dishes from both menus and loved them all. Their chutney paneer Tikka is my all time favorite. Caprese salad could use some better dressing, imho just good extra virgin olive oil, salt and fresh crushed black pepper works wonders.

I had the worst Alfredo Pasta here. They haven’t added any salt in it. They haven’t even mix the gravy and pasta properly. I was very disappointed. Total waste of money and mood. They didn’t had any proper cutlery placement on the table. Never recommend to anyone

Perfect place for a nice, cozy dinner. The ambience is really good. The price for the quantity provided is also good. Highly recommended. :) Pictures are Pizza Vegetale (~500 INR) and White Sauce Pasta (~500 INR).

This restaurant is in express residency hotel. Very nice ambience! Good food..serves thin crust pizza.. Monday offer is Pay for 1, get one free. We had pasta with pesto sauce, ravioli and pizza, Tiramisu..decent taste. Prices are a little bit on the upper side...
