Electric Vehicle friendly hotel. The staff is super helpful and they quickly helped us charge our Electric Car. The charging charges were very nominal. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also excellent.

I had 3 nights stay here. Overall a very satisfied stay. Rooms were clean, well maintained and well arranged. Many amenities including room temperature controller, iron box, all included toiletry kit,etc. are available. The room service was very quick and proper. We had opted buffet breakfast and dinner. The food quality was very good. The service in restaurant was also very good. Food options included various cuisines suitable for all kinds of people.

Extremely courteous staff, excellent food, I stayed there for 10 days and did not feel the need to not eat or order food from somewhere else or crave for simple khana. The food menu was good, not too oily or greasy, good to taste. Highly recommended

Worst Four Points Sheraton Hotel in the Marriott Collection - poorly managed - rooms need face-lift - looks and feel dated. Room corridor - carpet is dirty. The room has a bad smell - couldn't sleep for two nights - mattresses are not Marriott standard. No recognition for Marriott Gold Elite - no welcome drink/upgrade or a small welcome letter! Staff on the front line are humble and kind - but they don't have to be empowered - I had a concern - duty managers don't even bother to talk or meet!! This hotel might be excellent for blue-collar executives - a big NO for family or any Marriott elites guest!

Decent hotel if you are looking for a quick one day or two day stay. The hotel has a good restaurant. Nice food and very amiable staff. Location is a big plus as it is in the center of the city and commuting to any other location is easier. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the airport as well. The downside of the hotel is the size of the room and the view and also no spa center inside to relax and rejuvenate. Overall a good experience and value for money

I had a bad experience at Checkout today 15 Aug 23. They have valet still someone spit Paan on my car handle which is a big question on their security management and valet they offer! This happened in broad daylight between 10-12 noon. This is not only gross & disgusting but also their managers had none concerned about it ! I highly don't recommend 4 Point Sheraton group!

I booked accommodations for 2 adults and 1 child, fully prepaid in advance. Despite the explicit confirmation from Agoda stating that the booking included 3 individuals, the establishment insisted on an additional payment for the third person, resulting in a contentious dispute that consumed one hour of my time and adversely impacted the enjoyment of my vacation. After filing a complaint with Agoda customer care, the issue was resolved; however, So my suggestion to all travellers be careful while booking this hotel

I was there to drop my one friend who just join our company. Hotel has booked two bed room instead of King size bad and they are at all not ready to change room. So not good experience.

Rooms are way too small. The location is too crowded and not appropriate if anyone is looking to have a vacation or quiet time off from the routine. Staying for business for one night is still fine, but don't expect much just because it is managed by Sheraton.

Worst hotel to stay. In the middle of the night there are repairs going on in the hotel. Tile fittings and banging. On complaining the work continues and had a sleepless night Earlier they denied a upgrade for my platinium elite status. On insisting they gave a little bigger room as upgrade. Poor hospitality and non responsive approach.

Tonight we went there to celebrate birthday of my wife. Right from my enquiry about dinner at this restaurant on phone my experience has been good. So we went there with lot of hopes and expectations and I am pleased to share that our expectations were not let down by any member of this restaurant. Mr Vishal was a great host so as the chef Mr Ganesh. He cooked delicious food for us and we are really happy.

We had a get together (Sunday lunch) for dad's superannuation. We really had a good time there, we were a small group of 30 people and were allotted the ground floor banquet with 60-70 capacity. Banquet was well maintained, clean and arrangements starting from welcome drink to desert were in place properly. Every point there was a feedback mechanism whether the guests are comfortable and liking it or not. We really had a good time that we'll cherish lifelong. Four Points by Sheraton is located in Fatehgunj and is 10-15 minutes from Airport. The room was clean and standard with all the basic amenities. The service was good. They attended promptly to all the requests. Food was also good and breakfast spread was optimal. It also has a gymnasium in-house. I did not get time to use it though.

Beds are stiff. Food quality is not up to the mark. Alloted rooms are rear view faced. As stay is for more than 15 days, request for room change is not considered by hotel staff. Immediately resulted in early check-out. Overall rating- OK

I loved the staff and the location of the property, they were so accommodating especially with me checking in close to midnight and were really willing to step up. The four points can’t have even 1 point for the size of the toilet that they have in the room. It’s ridiculous, I’ve never seen this size of a toilet in my life. We were 2 people and squeezing ourselves into that toilet was inconvenient beyond words.

Arrogant staff no manners to behave with not good looking people wheather he is rich or poor. They treat if someone comes with good clothes and in luxury car. Me approach to the desk and introduce as car driver of their guest who already checked in .then the reaction was so wierd to all of them as one boy , receptionist and two security guards so me feel discomfort and asked the valet to bring my car and left the hotel. Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Chose the location because of the location. Rooms are ok can be better. Breakfast buffet was good food was good. But service was excellent. Really great staff overall. But mention a girl/lady working there her name is “Noor” best service. Always a smile and ready to help out always, very courteous. Hotel is at central location. Service is very good. Rooms are less spacious compared to other similar category hotels. WiFi speed is good. It was a pleasant stay. One issue was created, I had booked the room from MakeMyTrip business account and while I Checked-Out I asked for Tax invoice and they denied by saying that you have to ask MakeMyTrip for Tax Invoice. I showed them my booking confirmation email where it was clearly mentioned that please collect the GST invoice from the hotel.
