What a below class hotel and no class food court. I can’t rate room service because there was no room service. Reception is at 1st floor with big stairs and they have no lift. If you fall in trap to stay in the hotel, don’t fall in trap to have meal in their attached restaurant. It’s pathetic. This hotel is just made to spend night for trespassers. Not at all a stay hotel.

It was a nice stay. Rooms are clean and Spacious. Staff is very supportive and check-in was smooth. Hotel is located in prime location near to restaurants theatre's etc.

No Lift , Hot water only in morning , even after 25% Advance Booking they alloted us room on 2nd floor where lobby lights were not working , Dinning area shown in pic and original is different .Room balcony lock was not working, Curtain noise was too much we can't sleep in night , No room service when we reach at hotel. We were on 9th and 10th October 21. I am an old customer of Fab Hotels and always booked my official & personal visits with them. But we were not happy with the arrangements, behaviour and approach of the Hotel Management at Fab Express Kalyan. 1.Kept us waiting at Reception desk too long to finish the check in formalities. 2. No escort to lift our laggiage to our room. We had to carry our own luggage. 3. AC cooling was an issue and had to bear the heat whole night long. 4. No water and towels provided. Had to follow up twice for the same. 5. Reception not answering our phone at 7.15 AM. Made several attempts and finally had to go personally to inquire at the Reception. 6. No lifts were working and hence had to walk up the stairs. 7. Water flow too slow. 8. We booked 2 rooms nearly one month before yet rooms were alloted on different floors - 1st and 3rd Floor. 9. Very cold behaviour of the entire staff. This is not what is expected from any of the Fab Hotels across India but this one was a horrific experience. Please avoid staying at this property, we have made a booking but had to look out for another hotel because it didn't feel safe for us to stay there. The entrance is dark, cluttered and spooky, doesn't look like a hotel at all. Those pictures are a Scam.

There are no sign boards and no lights for locating property We had informed we shall come midnight and reception told we are there 24 hrs. Still no person was there at reception. he told 15-20 mns to come There is no lift in property. We have to take all luggage to 2nd floor

Very bad experience. Hot water didn't come for two days . Rooms were small for the price we paid. When we extended the room for one day (apart from the days we stayed , which was fully paid ) the hotel staff didn't let us in without paying for the room even though our suitcases were inside the room , treated us very bad. Such bad experience I'll never recommend this hotel for anyone .

This hotel is not as per the view shown in maps. The hotel has high rise steps and lift is not available. Inside the hotel, the space is very less and narrow way of passing away. Rooms are not specious, just okay for have refreshment and sleep only. The staff behaviour is not cooperative. wifi and TV available but not in working condition. Overall experience is below average....

It’s a budget friendly hotel near to vadodara railway station and bus station. You will get easy transport to other part of the city from here. The staff was friendly and helpful. On 1st day they gave room on third floor and on request next day they change it to first floor. The room were net and clean with required amenities. I took stay with free breakfast. The menu is very limited for breakfast with decent taste. Everything about this hotel was great. Nearly hotel you will get khaugali where you can have late night foods.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at FabExpress Kalyan and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was courteous and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent spread, although I would have appreciated a bit more variety. The only minor issue I encountered was with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was occasionally slow. Nonetheless, the reasonable rates and friendly service at FabExpress Kalyan made it a satisfactory stay overall.

The service are really amazing and the rooms are well maintained cleaned and tidy. One of the best staffs . I had a very good experience. Morning breakfast was awesome. I must recommend my friends.

Positives. 1. The room was large in size. 2. Room was clean. 3. Room had all the basic facilities one needed for an overnight stay. 4. Breakfast was complimentary. Food prepared was fresh and delicious. 5. We specially liked the tea. Kudos to the staff who prepared it. 6. Hotel was just walking distance from the Railway Station and State Transport Bus Stand. 7. Hotel was in an area, where there were plenty of local food and Street Shops in the vicinity. 8. Bathroom has hot and cold water. 9.Room had a balcony alongwith it. 10. Room also had a window to let fresh air in. Negatives. 1. The hotel is in a busy street intersection. We couldn't have a good night sleep due to heavy traffic and people talking loudly. 2. The window nor the room is sound proof. We were repeatedly disturbed in the sleep. 3. We gave our keys at the reception to get our room cleaned, while we were away. When we returned back in the evening, we were shocked to find that the room was not cleaned. The facilities failed to clean up the room. We had to tell the staff to get our room cleaned in the evening, which they did but after repeated reminders. This was a huge let down. 4. The room did not have kettle, complimentary water or toiletries.

We had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. We had booked 2 rooms for our family, which were given on different floors, no lift available The managers were extremely rude to talk, asking us to leave the place at night time in spite of our confirmed booking. Every person on our floor was unsatisfied and irritated with the managers. Lot of inconvenience for everyone, with kids and elders around. No hot water available for bathing, after waiting for about 2 hrs we got dirty, turbid hot water. The manager was again unavailable for solving our issues

The most pathetic hotel I had ever stay. 1. Third class receptionist,,they aren't qualified for the profile..I call them every day for mane reason but I have to come at reception to remind them for that,, because they are busy with personal calls. 2. Very unheigenic plates and glasses. 3. No Lift and no one help u to carry all bags. 4. If you booked with breakfast they treat you like they are giving u free meal ,,way of treating is same..he just served the food but didn't informed me to collect also..and food court receptionist behaviour is very insulting.they also don't know what's the breakfast time,,hotel receptionist told me 10.30am and food court receptionist told me 10am. Overally very pathetic,,if I start to write then will never end...I'll never visit this hotel again.

The rooms are not as expected. The rooms are not at all as shown in the pictures. They are stuffy and unclean with little or no light. The staff is extremely rude, and when asked as to why are the rooms not clean they tell you this is what you get in almost 1400-1500 Rupees and this is how things work in Vadodara is what they tell you. The staff has no manners of asking the id to the guest, even if you are a Married couple they will make you feel like you are looking for a couple friendly hotel. Moreover there is no lift on this premises and also no boy or person to take your luggage. Taking the luggage is the guest's job till the third floor of the building. We had a pathetic experience at this property and yet on cancellation, they have not refunded my money. When the booking.com personal tried contacting they have put them on hold and did not entertain their calls. This property is not at all recommended if you are looking for a peaceful stay.

Firstly their is a stair case as the reception is at first floor. Rooms are in compact size. Breakfast is included in the room tarrif if you book online - which is wholesome

They charged me 336rs extra because I had arrived 2 hours early than the check in time. They don't have a lift. They had rooms on 2nd floor also and yet they gave me a room on 3rd floor and made me climb all the way with my luggage. I hated the stay. Highly not recommended.

It's Value for money hotel. but very smelly in pathways. ill maintained. I asked Mr. Ashwin about smell during check-in process, he replied, "that's the way it is, if you don't like cancel your booking and leave the hotel. He is very arrogant though Mr Tilak is gentleman. Breakfast (food quality) is better served in hotel. Street food is close-by.

Went to check package for a big booking and dad needed to use the loo but the guy was like it is just cleaned and did not let a senior citizen use washroom. This is not good way to treat a guest who is coming to book all the rooms available.

Worst hotel to stay in Vadodara. They didn't allowed us to check in as they mentioned they have policy to not give rooms to unmarried couples. which was not mentioned on the website (Booking.com). This is biased and illigal as per govt laws. They didn't refund the pre-booking amount. Also I got a chance to look into rooms which was really not 10% as they were shown in picture. All the very best if you are staying there. Manager was rude and uneducated.

Located in prime location.. few minutes walking to Railway station.. few minutes walk for city center and market.. Rooms were neat and clean.. but no service was available 😞 Overall value for money facilities..

Breakfast quality is very poor as offered dried poha, knowing that person is regular corporate guest. This is how ethics and etiquettes are followed. Supremely disappointed.

Have never come across a hotelier who is ruder than this place. He will make you so his work of filling the form, etc. He will make sure to speak with women in a derogatory manner and most times not addressing them when they ask a question. The tone is extremely demeaning and sarcastic. I hope this place closes down soon so that nobody has to go through what we went through.

Very very bad experience at the hotel Room's are in first floor and there is no lift. ❌️ No power backup. ❌️No dedicated car parking , we need park the car at road side. ❌️If there is no place we need to wait on road until we get the parking space.
