I
stayed
at
Hotel
Utsav
for
4
days.
It
was
obviously
booked
through
OYO..the
rating
goes
as
follows..for
amenities..2
star..as
there
was
a
hot
water
issue..there
was
little
hot
water
which
would
run
out
cold
within
no
time...i
had
to
shower
with
cold
water
for
2
days
out
of
my
stay
of
4
days..the
boiler
is
certainly
a
issue
at
this
hotel..what
OYO
terms
as
free
breakfast
is
actually
a
small
paratha
with
tea..or
bread
butter
with
tea
or
bread
toast
with
tea
or
aloo
poha
with
tea...guess
it
should
be
clearly
mentioned
the
what
and
how
of
a
breakfast
when
OYO
deals
with
customer.
The
breakfast
is
insufficient....should
be
improved,
especially
when
oyo
uses
it
for
marketing..the
location
is
pretty
good..evidently
a
i
had
problems
with
breakfast..hot
water..however
having
said
all
the
kind
of
service
what
the
staff
at
the
hotel
offer
is
extremely
polite
and
humble...they
are
way
too
good
to
listen
to
your
problem...they
may
not
solve
it
but
will
surely
try
their
best
to
give
a
solution..if
i
would
return..i
would
return
only
for
the
service...OYO
when
you
partner
with
a
hotel
please
do
not
limit
to
marketing
only..you
need
to
assume
a
lot
further
responsibility
to
make
sure
the
stay
is
comfortable..and
what
further
could
be
improved..there
is
nothing
like
perfection
but
yet
continuos
improvement
is
a
way
ahead..and
i
guess
OYO
is
getting
satisfied
with
putting
pic
of
red
throw
overs
on
white
bed..which
anyhow
would
look
good
in
a
pic..i
was
given
a
bed
which
had
spring
matress
and
which
was
extremely
inconvenient
to
sleep
on..however
the
room
was
changed
due
to
hot
water
issue
and
here
the
bed
was
of
good
quality..OYO
there
is
a
thing
called
as
standardisation
across..you
need
to
step
in
and
check
things
physically..i
paid
928
rs
for
a
night..i
was
indeed
looking
for
a
budget
hotel
and
a
budget
hotel
it
was..dont
expect
any
lavish
5
star
service
for
928
rs
however
the
money
spent
3682
for
4
nights
is
not
small
either...OYO
has
to
assume
more
responsibility
than
doing
a
power
point
presentation...which
shows
all
good
pics
and
when
the
reality
hits
it
hits
hard...the
bottom
line
is
Hotel
utsav
a
place
which
is
manageable
with
excellent
staff
which
provides
service
as
much
as
they
can....not
necessarily
the
solution
